25-1013P_INSPIRATION PT-6

2Ki 4:30  And the mother of the child said, As the LORD liveth, and as thy soul liveth, I will not leave thee. And he arose, and followed her. 

Job 32:8  But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding. 

Job 32:9  Great men are not always wise: neither do the aged understand judgment. 

Job 32:10  Therefore I said, Hearken to me; I also will shew mine opinion. 

Job 32:11  Behold, I waited for your words; I gave ear to your reasons, whilst ye searched out what to say.

Rom 8:11  But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. 

*BY INSPIRATION THAT WORD WAS SPOKE BY GOD. BY INSPIRATIONS THE PROPHETS BROUGHT IT. AND BY INSPIRATION WE HAVE TO RECEIVE IT.

  E-13    Now, all the old, the types, the shadows, Christ in the shadow of the Lamb, God in the beginning knowing all things, nothing has ever been predicted or put in the Scripture, but what God already spoke it before the foundation of the world. The whole plan of God was laid out. You believe it?

Saint John the 1st chapter, about the 7th verse, It says,

 In the beginning was the Word,... the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Then what this Bible was, is God before the foundation of the world. The only reason it's written in here, is prophets receiving from God foreknowledge of His predestinated plan of the ages.

…..First the prophet goes to God. And the Word comes down, and he wrote it in the Bible. And now, that was God's foreordained plan the prophet saw. And he wrote it in word so that the people following would be warned of situations and things to come. See?

Now, by inspiration that Word was spoke by God. By inspirations the prophets brought It. And by inspiration we have to receive It. It's not a material. It's not a natural thing. It's not a... The carnal mind... Listen. The man in his carnal conditions can never understand it, no way at all. It's impossible. For the spiritual things to the carnal mind is foolish, says the Scripture, and vice versa. Now, we must be spiritual minded.

*…WHEN A MAN IS INSPIRED AND HE READS THE INSPIRED WORD, THE TWO INSPIRATIONS TOGETHER GIVES A RESULT.

  E-14    Now, when a man is inspired and he reads the inspired Word, the two inspirations together gives a result. Now, you can never... No matter how well you study the Word, It'll never do you no good till you're inspired yourself. It takes your inspiration with... The Word's already inspired.

*WHAT WE NEED TODAY IS AN INSPIRATION OVER US, GOD SWEEPING DOWN WITH A NEW INSPIRATION AND BREATHING OVER US HIS POWER, AND HIS LOVE, AND HIMSELF…

So what we need today is an inspiration over us, God sweeping down with a new inspiration and breathing over us His power, and His love, and Himself, that it might inspire us to quicken us and waken us to His Word. And then the Word being brought into that spirit of inspiration, then you'll see miracles happen, and things take place, because the two just comes together.

..... The dove was the meekest of all the birds of heaven, and the lamb was the meekest of all the animals on earth. And the dove could not come and abide upon a wolf. It could not abide upon a ill nature, because her nature was different. And she could only abide where the nature was the same as hers.

*INSPIRED BELIEVERS TAKING IN THE INSPIRED WORD, THOSE TWO TOGETHER BRING THE RESULTS. IT BRINGS THE WORD TO LIFE.

  E-15    And that's the way it is this afternoon. If our nature becomes converted from the things of the world to the nature of the Holy Spirit, God will take His stand, and He will abide on us. Inspired believers taking in the inspired Word, those two together bring the results. It brings the Word to life. The inspiration that's in your heart puts the Word to living, because...

You could take a grain of corn and lay it on a desk. No matter how well it's polished, and it might be fourteen carats, it'll never produce any more corn. No matter how pretty the desk is, how genuine the gold is it's laying on, or how real germitized the corn is, the corn's got to fall in rich fertile dirt to bring forth results. Amen. Oh, I love it.

*WHEN THE WORD OF GOD IS PUT INTO THE FERTILE GROUNDS OF THE INSPIRED BELIEVER, IT PRODUCES JUST EXACTLY WHAT GOD SAID IT WOULD DO…

  E-16    And when the Word of God is put into the fertile grounds of the inspired believer, it produces just exactly what God said it would do, because it can't fail. It's God's eternal Word. Got to waken the people, got to bring us to something when the Word is received. And that's the inspiration. And man is in no condition, outside of repentance; he's no condition to receive the Word until first he has been inspired.

2Pe 1:19  We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:

Rom 8:9  But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 

Rom 8:10  And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 

Rom 8:11  But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
