  E-39    Brother, you take one another's spirits. That's exactly right, you take one another's spirits instead of the Holy Spirit. Just like a good man takes a bad woman's spirit or vice versa. You take each other's spirit. And I have done this one thing, brother, if God, if I know my heart with my Bible here tonight. If there's one thing I've tried to stay clean of, I've never tried any sensations, or any thing to get people to look at me. I've tried not to even to lay my hands on a person, but preach the Gospel, and let God do it. And if there's one thing, when I stand at the judgment bar, I don't want to have to give an account for a bunch of illegitimate born children. I'm going to preach to them the Word, the Word of God; and they have the Spirit of the Word, or they don't have it at all. It's God's Spirit comes by the Seed of God, is a Word of God that's planted in your heart that brings Christ Jesus, not some emotion, not some fantastic. What a time we're living in.

68   The Bible said, “The Gospel came to us not in word only, but through the power, manifestations of the Holy Ghost.” In other words, “It’s the Holy Ghost taking the Word of God and making It manifest.” See? And, otherwise, the only way that the signs of Mark 16 can follow the believer is that the Holy Spirit Himself takes the Word of God and demonstrates it to the people. That’s it. Now, faith makes that Word live. See?

69   The Word is God. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” And then Jesus said, “If ye abide in Me, and My Word in you, ask what you will, it’ll be done for you.” See? That’s staying with Christ in the Word. Don’t go right or left, stay right with It. See? And then It’s actually not your word then, It’s His Word, and His Word has the power and authority behind It. Now, and if the Holy Spirit, which is God’s Word, or the power of God’s Word, comes in with God’s Word, It’ll make God’s Word display Itself.

    19    Now, I’ve noticed it many times, people think they must be prayed for, that’s all right, we should pray for each other, or that their hands might be, or, some evangelist’s hands, must be ministered, that’s all right, that’ll bring contacts, and so forth, of faith, but real, unadulterated faith is taking God at His Word, that’s the main thing.

150    Could you imagine Him leading you out of His Word, which that’s Him? And if He is the Word, and you’re a part of Him, won’t you be a part of the Word? The Word that God wants to pour the waters of salvation upon today, to identify Him today; like the apostles identified Him, like Luther, like Wesley, like in the people in them days identified Him. This is another age. It’s the Word! The Word said these things that we’re seeing taking place now, is predicted to take place in this hour. So accept Jesus Christ and let Him lead you to Eternal Life.
 

*GOD IS TAKING THE ELECT OUT OF THAT PENTECOSTAL CHURCH, THAT HYBRID, PULLING IT OUT, AND FINISHING UP THE WORD... AND IT’S GOT TO BE SO CLOSE UNTIL THE WORD ITSELF WILL BLEND WITH THIS WORD.

711   God is taking the Elect out of that Pentecostal church, that hybrid, pulling It out, and finishing up the Word. And it’s got to be so close until the Word Itself will blend with this Word. There comes the Headstone, crying, “Grace, grace, amazing grace.” The Headstone!

712   Here you are, like this, see, on there. See how it way wide down here? And it keeps getting closer, closer, closer, the ministry. After while, here come…Here is Luther; justification, justified. Here come Wesley; sanctified bunch. Here come Pentecostal; restoration of the gifts. Now God is taking from there, honing out a bunch, to make a ministry just exactly like that Word there, because it’s got to fit with the Word. There’s the Bride; take Her up.

Now, that, we have to preach the Gospel that “healing is to all,” yet we know it’s not. It is to all if they can receive it, but we know that they all cannot receive it.

14 And Divine healing is for people who believe. But, you cannot believe until Something is within you, to make you believe.

18 Faith is by hearing the Word, the Word of promise. If you don’t have a promise, then you venture out upon your own faith. But, if you can take a promise of God, that’s God’s promise to you.

19 The woman that touched His garment, had no promise of that. But her faith, without a promise, got her healing.

20 Now, if she could get her healing, by her faith, without a promise in what she was doing, how much more ought we to get our healing, by faith in a promise that God is manifesting and vindicating before us, and has brought it to us by His Word, come around and confirmed His Word!

God in His great, marvelous promises, they’re just as unfailing, as more—more to be so than heavens and earth is itself. For heavens and earth will pass away, but God’s Word will never fail. It has to be.

6 The main thing is, if we can find where God’s Word belongs in our life. God sets times, and time limits, and then it works all to that time. Many of them before the coming of the Lord Jesus, they was many false things raised up and said, “This is the Messiah, and this is…” Many false things taken place according to the Scriptures, just before the coming of the Lord Jesus.

And people try to do it within themselves; they try to make God’s Word fit in their program. But that you got it vice versa. You’ve got to fit in God’s program. That…We find that that’s true.

35 Now, you know, no matter how mysterious it seems, God always keeps His Word, no matter how unreasonable it may seem to people, God keeps His Word. And if God makes a promise of anything, God will keep that promise. You and I make a promise, we—we break it because we don’t mean to have to do it, but sometimes circumstances causes us to do it; but when God, being infinite, then He knows all the future from the beginning, and He can’t…He don’t make a—a promise unless He—He knows what’s going to happen, and He always keeps His promise. Sometimes it seems like it’s—it’s ridiculous the way that He would go around about to keep His promise, but God always does it.

It’s just as…Why, the right mental attitude towards any Divine promise of God will bring it to pass, if you’ll just look at it, and take care of the Word just right. I don't care how loyal his father was to a church, or how loyal his mother was, or his grandparents, and if the church is teaching contrary to this hour of the baptism of the Holy Ghost Message. There's something in him that screams out. He'll leave the barnyard. He's got to do it. The chicken might have been all right one day, but this is eagle hour. See? It--it's a different. There is something, that, he must leave the old coop and fly away into the blue. Then this earthly body is quickened and brought, by the quickening Spirit, to the obedience of God's Word.

And as soon as It finds it, It does just like It did on Jesus Christ, the great super Son of God Who redeemed us all. It comes down and takes Its place of abode into the human life, now, notice, brought the quickening power. Now, that quickening power that come upon Jesus quickened Him to manifest every promise of the Word of that day. So does the Holy Spirit that come upon us in this day, if it's not a mockery holy spirit, you're not the Devil mocking the Holy Spirit, but is the real, true Holy Spirit. It'll manifest the promise of this hour.

87    When It fell upon Luther, It manifested that promise of that hour. When It fell upon Wesley, It manifested the promise of that hour. When It falls in this day, It manifests the promise of this hour. When It fell upon Moses, It manifested the promise of that hour. Fell upon Noah, It manifest the promise of that hour. 26-0327A_TAKING GOD AT HIS WORD

*THESE FIVE SENSES CONTROL THIS BODY, BUT THE SIXTH SENSE IS FAITH.

1   The five senses wasn’t given to man to contact God with however. Five senses was given to man to contact his earthly home. We contact God by faith, the sixth sense. These five senses control this body, but the sixth sense is faith.

3   Now, what is faith? “Faith is the substance (not just a mythical thought), it’s the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things you do not see,” taste, feel, smell or hear. There’s none of the senses declare it, yet the sixth sense, which is faith…

The outside man is governed by five senses: see, taste, feel, smell and hear. The inside man is governed by two senses: either faith or unbelief. If you believe it, it’s just as real to you as if any of the natural senses of the body declare it. And truly, these senses of the body can be fooled, but faith is absolutely infallible.

    53-1103 — Taking God At His Word

Then if you can accomplish, or enough faith, get enough faith, not here but here, get enough faith here to believe that you’re going to be healed by God. Reason it out and tell Him you’re going to serve Him, and all you’re going to do, and make your promises to God, and there can be enough faith drop down in your heart, that you believe it with all your heart, soul, and mind that you’re going to get well; there isn’t enough demons in hell to keep you sick.

Doctors are God’s servants, and they try to do everything they can. They can only do what they have knowledge to do. All that God has give them knowledge to do. But if they’ve done all they can do and can do nothing else, and looks like your time is set and yet you can pray and tell God that you’re going serve Him, you’re going to do something for Him, you’re going to help His Kingdom, you’re going to make the world a better place, you’re going to help His church, you’re going to help win souls for Him, and give Him a reason, and then say, “God if You’ll heal me upon those—tho-…upon that, I’ll serve You all the days of my life.” And God drops a little faith down there that heart and tells you it’s so. No matter what the doctor said, God’s Word’s so. “At Thy Word, Lord, it’s finished.” Yes sir, I know that to be the truth.

*AND THE WORD, MADE MANIFEST, IS GOD HIMSELF TAKING HIS OWN WORD .....NOTHING CAN MAKE IT LIVE BUT BELIEVERS, JUST BELIEVERS.

15   Before it could be a Word spoken; it has to be a thought. Because a—a word is a thought made manifest when God speaks. Oh, my. You see it? He can’t backup on it. He can’t say, “Well, I’m sorry, I made a mistake.” He can’t. He’s infallible. He’s omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent. See, you and I, as we grow along, we become educated and smarter and everything. We advance, the human race advance; everything advances but God. He was perfect to begin with; He will be perfect when it’s all over; He’s still perfect.

    62-0607 — Putting On The Whole Armor Of God

*MAKES YOU STAND, WHEN YOU KNOW THAT GOD IS FOR YOU, AND HE’S PROMISED IT, AND HE SAID HE’D DO IT, AND HE’S GOOD TO HIS WORD.

...It just goes to show that…Now the man was honest. I’m not discrediting Mayo Brothers Clinic, no sir. Them men were honest, and they were good men, and they did everything they knowed how to do, but that’s all they knowed, it was just the end of their knowledge. But faith has no end. Amen. Oh, I love that, I tell you that takes a wishbone out and puts a backbone in there, that’s right. Makes you stand, when you know that God is for you, and He’s promised it, and He said He’d do it, and He’s good to His Word. If that Word’s no good, then there is no God. And if that can’t…if I can’t trust That, if I can’t hang my soul on every phase of that Bible, then It’s no good at all. I don’t want nothing to do with It. If I was against, if I didn’t believe It, I’d be against God tonight. I’d say, “There is no such a thing.”

 

*... EVERY DIVINE PROMISE IS A SEED THAT WILL PRODUCE JUST EXACTLY WHAT IT SAID IT WOULD DO...

7   But I believe every Word of It is true, and every Divine promise is a seed that will produce just exactly what it said it would do, if you’ll take the right mental attitude towards it. Remember this, the right mental attitude towards any Divine promise of God will bring it to pass.

Try it. No “try it”, just go do it. If you got enough behind you to push you and say that, “I can do it, and by God’s grace, I will do it,” then God’s with you. But if you just a wishy-washy, “Well, I’ll go up and see if they can do anything for me,” no.

21 Brother, I tell you, you can take them in as memberships and put their name on the board, but until they’re in contact with Jesus Christ, you can make them deacons and everything else, it’s a nest full of rotten eggs. They’ll never believe; right. Might as well clean the nest out and start over new again. Let them get in contact with the Germ of Life, the Mate, Christ, Who give Life to man. Then you’ll find men who’ll step up there and say, “I take God at His Word. What God says, settles it with me. I don’t care what Dr. Jones said. I know what God said. That settles it.” Amen.
