23-1204P_EXPECTATION PT-3
Luk 2:26 And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ.
Psa 62:5 My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.
Psa 62:6 He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.
Psa 62:7 In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.
Psa 62:8 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
Psa 62:9 Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity.
Psa 62:10 Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.
Psa 62:11 God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God.
Psa 62:12 Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work.
Psa 121:1 A Song of degrees. I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
Psa 121:2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
Psa 121:3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
Psa 121:4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
Psa 121:5 The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.
Psa 121:6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
Psa 121:7 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
Psa 121:8 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
Psa 37:23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.
Psa 37:24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.
Psa 37:25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.
Psa 37:26 He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed.
Psa 37:27 Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore.
Psa 37:28 For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
Psa 37:29 The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.
Psa 37:30 The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment.
Psa 37:31 The law of his God is in his heart; none of his steps shall slide.
Psa 37:32 The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him.
Psa 37:33 The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.
Psa 37:34 Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.
EXPECTATION_ NEW.YORK.NY WEDNESDAY_ 50-0405
Now, notice. When you're expecting something, Simeon was expecting Jesus to come while he was alive. He was expecting it, and God rewarded him for his faith. I'm expecting God to heal at least sixty or eighty percent of the people in here tonight, perfectly well before this service is over. I believe it with all my soul. See? I'm expecting it.YOU GET WHAT YOU COME FOR.
EXPECTATION_ NEW.YORK.NY WEDNESDAY_ 50-0405
E-29 Daniel was expecting God to deliver him from the lion's den.The Hebrew children, when they went in the fiery furnace, they said, "Our God is able..." They was expecting God to deliver them. And they made the last step of the way before He came, but He's always there at the last end. Jesus comes in the darkest of hours, then Jesus comes along. They was expecting it.
The woman with the blood issue was expecting. If she could touch the hem of His garment, it was over. When she touched the hem of His garment, her expectations were fulfilled.
If you come tonight expecting to be healed, you're going to be healed. If you come tonight expecting to find something to criticize the meeting, you'll certainly find it. You get what you come for. That's right.
EXPECTATION_ NEW.YORK.NY WEDNESDAY_ 50-0405
E-30 Notice. Blind Bartimaeus, he was expecting. If he could get to Jesus, he, or attract His attention, that he would be healed. So they tried to get him to set down, but he cried out the more, "Thou Son of David, have mercy on me," for he knew if he could ever bring the attention of Jesus to him, that he expected Jesus would heal him.* LED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD. BE EXPECTING IT.
All right, led by the Spirit of God. Be expecting it. Simeon was expecting God to keep His Word. Abraham was expecting God to keep His Word. David was expecting God to keep His Word when he met the giant. Samson was expecting God to keep His Word when he laid his arms around the pole. Samson was expecting God to keep His Word when he picked up a jaw bone of a mule and beat down a thousand Philistines. The Hebrew children was expecting God to keep His Word when they walked into the fiery furnace. Daniel was expecting God to keep His Word when he went in among the lions. The woman that touched the hem of His garment was expecting God to keep His Word. Martha was expecting God to keep His Word when He said, "I am the Resurrection and Life."

*HE CAN GUIDE HIS PEOPLE, IF YOU'LL JUST LET HIM.EXPECTATION_ NEW.YORK.NY WEDNESDAY_ 50-0405
E-53 He guides the fish through the trackless waters, the birds through the trackless air. Oh my. He can guide His people, if you'll just let Him. We are led of the Spirit of God. We are here expecting God to do something tonight. And I believe that He's here now to do something at this time, to heal the sick.***YOU GOT A RIGHT TO EXPECT IT.
EXPECTATIONS_ LA.CA MONDAY_ 51-0507
E-27 Now, Simeon believed because the Holy Ghost had promised him. He was looking for it. If you're expecting it, you got something behind that you believe that God has promised it, then you got a right to expect it. Is that right? When God promises it...Why, if I'd go to a spring and my grandfather drank out of that spring and it was clear, and--and testing the water, it was a hundred percent pure... My father drink out of it; it was hundred percent pure. And all down through life, I'd dranken out of it at a hundred percent pure, why, I'd have enough faith to go back and believe if I take a drink of water, it would be all right. Wouldn't you?
Through the generations, down through several generations, it's been proven one hundred percent pure. Why? Because the stream that's a gushing it up, where it's coming from, its foundations down here, its bed, is throwing up pure water. Now, if it'll test one hundred percent pure, how much more will the promise of God test one hundred percent right. Because the basis of it, God's Word comes from God, which is infinite and pure and holy, and He can't lie, for He's God. There you are.
*I BELIEVE JESUS IS COMING… I'M EXPECTING IT, SO I'M PREPARING FOR IT; I'M WAITING FOR IT EVERY DAY BEING READY.
I believe Jesus is coming. Science is proving they can take a little pollen from something and some mucus, and put something in it and so forth like this, and they can almost make human life, they claim. Oh, they're so smart they can--got a sputnik up in the sky and a human heart beating in it. That don't bother me a bit. They say, "Well, one of these days you'll find out all the religion you're talking about is crazy." No, I won't. Jesus will be here. We'll have a millennium. We'll go home to glory. I'm expecting it, so I'm preparing for it; I'm waiting for it every day being ready. "When will He come?" I don't know, but if He isn't here today, I'll be looking tomorrow. I'm expecting it, just 'cause He said so, and I live daily under those expectations. That's right. You must have expectation, certainly. Noah did.
*I'M EXPECTING THE HOLY GHOST TO COME DOWN AND SET IN ORDER A CHURCH THAT'LL GO TO MEET HIM

Ecc 5:1 Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil.
