23-0327P_HE SWORE BY HIMSELF PT-7 (IF WE COULD THINK WHAT KIND OF COVENANT WE'RE LIVING UNDER)
Heb 6:10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
Heb 6:11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end:
Heb 6:12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
Heb 6:13 For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself,
Heb 6:14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.
Heb 6:15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.
Heb 6:16 For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife.
Heb 6:17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
Heb 6:18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
Heb 6:19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;

79 Now, we start over here on the 13th verse.
For whom God has promised... For when God had promised...
(rather)... when God had made a promise to Abraham, because he could swear by
none greater, He sware by himself,
Could you imagine what kind of a covenant we're living under?
Now, every... Let's read just a little farther.
Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and
multiplying I'll multiply thee.
And so, after that he had (uh... uh)...
*HE GAVE ABRAHAM THE COVENANT, BECAUSE GOD HIMSELF CHOSE ABRAHAM AND
ELECTED HIM BEFORE THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD
HE.SWORE.BY.HIMSELF_

81 Give Abraham this promise, and
promised that He would--He would bless him and multiply him and whatever He
would a done, now, look. God also, after this took an
oath to it, swore that He would do it. Now, God swore by Himself, that
He would--that He would confirm the oath that He had given to father Abraham.
And what did He confirm to father Abraham? He told Abraham... He gave him the covenant, unconditionally, not because
Abraham was Abraham. We went through that a few weeks ago, you know. He
gave Abraham the covenant, because God Himself chose Abraham and elected him
before the foundation of the world. Abraham, before he
ever was born on the earth, God knowed all about him, knowed what he would do. And by grace He choose Abraham;
and not only Abraham but Abraham's seed after him. Oh, my. If you...
How firm a foundation have we got, that when the Prince of all princes, when the God of all gods, when the King of all kings, the Lord of all lords, the Beginning of all beginnings, Himself took an oath by Himself, for where there's none greater, that He would confirm this covenant with Abraham and with His seed.

E-32 Them days, when they made a
covenant, they would take a lamb or a beast. They'd write a covenant out,
two men between them. They would write it out what it was. And then they
would kill a beast. And over this beast, they would tear this thing in
two. One man would take one part and one the other. And then, in
order to confirm this covenant, that man had to take this same piece of paper
and bring it back, and it had to perfectly... Now, here it is. It had to perfectly dovetail with the piece
that was tore off from.
Now, God made a Covenant with the
Church. And He wrote It out--the Bible. And on
the day of the atonement, God killed His Son. You believe it? Tore Him apart, and He took His body up to the right hand of
His Majesty, and sent His Spirit back as a Covenant to us. And at
that day, unless we have that same Holy Spirit in us, we can't go in the Body.
That's just old sassafras preaching, but it'll save you.
That's right. We have to have the Spirit of Christ
in us, the same Spirit that come out of that Body, to make up His Body, to go
back again with Him. Oh, my. That's right. God made a Covenant with us.

COMMITMENT TO THE LORD
GOD.

19 Now, last night when I got all
the kiddies away, my wife and all, from the house, I made a commitment to the Lord God. And I said to the Lord God,
"If You will bless me in the way that I go, I'll serve You. But You will
have to show me where to go, and how to go, and what to do." So I
committed myself to the Lord. With
the--with the ministry and all, I committed it to the Lord. And I said,
"Wherever You open, whatever You do, I'll walk in that way. Until You make
a way, I'll just continue on as I am until You make the way." And I asked
Him to make it so clear that I would not be deceived then, for I truly believe
that we're right at a crossroads of something to happen.

21 You see, many times, people thinks that a prophetic gift, that God just
says, "I'll pick you up right here, and set you down here. Now, you just
go right over here." And He doesn't tell you all those things. If He did,
then what overcoming faith did you have? See? See, you, He lets you stand alone more than anybody else. See? You all can come to me and ask for certain
things, and He's never failed yet but what He's give you the answer. That's
right. Yeah. But I can ask Him for
things for myself, and many times He just let's me alone (See?), just let me go
ahead and walk into it.
I have things now that
I have to solve out myself, and decisions I have to make. And this is such a
vital one, till I cannot exactly make it until I'm sure that it's Him speaking
to me. And I--I... He won't give me a vision. He just lets me alone. So I'm just setting as an orphan like this
morning; I--I don't know which way to turn. So I have committed it to the Lord.

RESPECT TO THE
BIRTHRIGHT AND COVENANT OF GOD.
155-1 SMYRNAEAN.CHURCH.AGE -
CHURCH.AGE.BOOK CPT.4
See, it was the
THOUGHT, and then that thought became expressed, and God bought back Jacob,
because Jacob alone was SEED. Jacob,
alone had the seed; that is why he had respect to the birthright and covenant
of God. If you are true seed, you will hear that Word; the Spirit will baptize
you into the body of Christ, filling you and empowering you, and you will
receive the Word for your day and age. See how clear the true evidence
becomes when the Word is revealed to you? Again,
note, Jesus was the Royal Seed. He lived in a human body. When the Spirit
called to Him (the Word-Manifested Thought), He went to Jordan and was there
baptized in water. Upon obeying the Word, the Holy
Spirit came upon Him and the voice said, "This is My beloved Son, hear ye
Him." The voice did not say, "This has become My Son,"
Jesus WAS the Son. The Holy Ghost positioned Him as that Son before them all.
Then having been filled thus (and the same pattern holds at Pentecost and ever
after), He went in demonstrated power, receiving the full revelation of God and
from God, for that day.
155-1 SMYRNAEAN.CHURCH.AGE -
CHURCH.AGE.BOOK CPT.4
Now we have been constantly saying that the true evidence
of being baptized with the Holy Ghost is for the believer to receive the Word
for the age in which he lives. Let me show you most clearly.

*IF IT WAS THE ANGEL OF THE COVENANT,
THEN IT WAS THE LORD JESUS; IT WAS GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT.
MY.ANGEL.SHALL.GO.BEFORE.THEE_ TALLAHASSEE.FL MONDAY_
53-0216
E-5 And that Pillar of
Fire, or the Angel, was the Angel was the covenant. I believe all ministers would
agree with that, that that was the Angel of the covenant. If it was the Angel of the covenant, then it
was the Lord Jesus; It was God the Holy Spirit. For Moses chose to--to suffer the reproach of Christ, and counted it
greater riches than the treasures of Egypt. You see? Of Christ... That was Christ the Logos, the Angel of
the covenant that led the children of Israel out of Egypt to the promised land
which was just a foreshadow. As He did in the
natural then, He does in the spiritual today.
Now, He promised to supply all their needs. When they needed water, they got it from the rock. When they needed food, God rained it down out of heaven, blowed it in by the wind. And when the waters was bitter, they made it sweet. And He provided everything they had need of.
*HE PROMISED TO BE THE GOD IN THE TIME OF
TROUBLE, A PRESENT HELP.
MY.ANGEL.SHALL.GO.BEFORE.THEE_ TALLAHASSEE.FL MONDAY_
53-0216
E-6 When sickness came into the camp he had an atonement made. He promised to be the God in the time of trouble, a present Help. He promised to do these things and to see them through. And now, as He was then in the... so is He today. The same spirit of God that led Israel leads the church today, bringing us through as it was the wilderness to the promised land. We have a promised land, you believe that: "In My Father's house are many mansions; I go and prepare a place for you, and will come again and receive you unto Myself." We're on our way. We're going to this glorious promised land that God has promised us.
***HE GAVE US THE STRONGEST WEAPON THAT THERE IS IN ALL THE WORLD, AND
THAT'S PRAYER.
MY.ANGEL.SHALL.GO.BEFORE.THEE_ TALLAHASSEE.FL MONDAY_
53-0216
E-7 Now, along this journey He's promised to supply everything that we have need of: "Whatsoever you will ask the Father in My Name, that will I do. Whatsoever things (Mark 11:24)... Whatsoever things you desire, when you pray, believe you receive it, you shall have it." Now, He gave us the strongest weapon that there is in all the world, and that's prayer. Prayer is what changes things. The Christian doesn't realize what a force he has when he kneels on his knees before Almighty God in the Name of Jesus Christ. He doesn't realize what--what power that is. If the people could only realize that the--that what is given right unto them, anything that you ask for will be given if you can appropriate the faith to believe it. For God's Word is true.
***GOD'S WORD WILL
DEFEAT SATAN ANYWHERE, ANY PLACE, ANY TIME.
MY.ANGEL.SHALL.GO.BEFORE.THEE_ TALLAHASSEE.FL MONDAY_
53-0216
E-8 And now, God's Word will defeat Satan anywhere, any place, any time. Now, when Jesus was here on earth, I--I believe He was, well, He was Emmanuel. God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself. So all the great qualities of the Father was in Christ Jesus the Son when He was here on earth. All the Father has was His. And all the fine gifts that's in God, and all that was, was in Christ. But when He met Satan, He never used any of those gifts. He, just to be your example, He brought it to where the very weakest of Christians... He said... Now, He--He had the power right then to rebuke Satan and send Him away. But what He did, He never referred to any of His power.
***AND THEN WHEN YOU CAN HIT SATAN WITH THE
SCRIPTURE, HE'S JUST AS POWERLESS AS HE CAN BE.
MY.ANGEL.SHALL.GO.BEFORE.THEE_ TALLAHASSEE.FL MONDAY_
53-0216
Satan said, "If
thou be the son of God..." There's always a question mark across God's
Word by Satan. So he said, "If thou be the son of God, command these
stones to be made bread."
Now, Jesus said, "It is written, in the Father's
Word, man shall not live by bread alone."
He taken Him up on top
of the--the temple and said--told Him to cast Hisself down. Jesus said,
"It is written..." right back to the Scripture.
Then He taken Him up
on a mountain, showed all the kingdoms of the world, and said, "I'll give
to you if you'll bow down and worship me."
Jesus said, "It is written..." See, constantly,
"It is written; it is written."
E-9 And then when you can
hit Satan with the Scripture, he's just as powerless as he can be. See? Well, if anything, I don't
care what it is... Now, it isn't with in me or your pastor to pray... It's for
us to pray with you, But it'll have to be your own individual faith that does
the healing.

85 …..If necessary, we can go back and
pick up the Abrahamic covenant that God made with him, and how that God swore
by Himself. Anybody
ever know where God ever swore by Himself? Let's turn now; that's Genesis the 22nd chapter, I believe, and
about 16. Let's take a look at Genesis
the 22nd chapter and the 16th verse, and we'll see here where God swore
by Him--Himself. All right, I believe this is it now, if I'm not mistaken,
right to the place, 22nd, 16. Yes. Look, 15th verse.
And the angel of the LORD called unto him Abraham out of the
heaven the second time,
And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, because
thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thine only son:
That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I'll multiply thee, thy seed shall be as the stars of the heaven, and as the sands upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gates of his enemies;

WHAT WOULD BE THE OUTCOME, I'VE SAVED YOU.

87 God swore it by Himself.
Hallelujah. If that don't make a fellow feel like hollering,
"Hallelujah," there's not--you're dead. Right.
Oh, God said, "Abraham, because you've did this,
not what somebody else will do, but because you have did this. By faith you
walked, and I've honor that thing there, not honor works any more; I'll not
honor this. I'll honor faith. And
because you did this without knowing what would be the outcome, I've saved you. I'll save your seed. I'll take an oath by
Myself." Amen. "And your seed shall possess the gates of their
enemy." Amen. That settles it to me. That's just... That--that's all that
has to be done.
Isa 42:21 The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; he will magnify the law, and make it honourable.

Ecc 7:14 In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.
Ecc 7:15 All things have I seen in the days of my vanity: there is a just man that perisheth in his righteousness, and there is a wicked man that prolongeth his life in his wickedness.

Ecc 7:17 Be not over much wicked, neither be thou foolish: why shouldest thou die before thy time?
Ecc 7:18 It is good that thou shouldest take hold of this; yea, also from this withdraw not thine hand: for he that feareth God shall come forth of them all.

Psa 119:95 The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider thy testimonies.
Psa 119:96 I have seen an end of all perfection: but thy commandment is exceeding broad.
Psa 119:97 MEM. O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day.
Psa 119:98 Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me.
Psa 119:99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.
Psa 119:100 I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.
Psa 119:101 I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word.
Psa 119:102 I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me.
Psa 119:103 How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
Psa 119:104 Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.
