26-1016A_IN HIS PRESENCE PT-6 (BLESSED ARE YOUR EYES THAT DO SEE, HEAR & UNDERSTAND)

Mat 12:38  Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee. 

Mat 12:39  But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: 

Mat 12:40  For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. 

Mat 12:41  The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. 

Mat 13:16  But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. 

Joh 3:1  There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: 

Joh 3:2  The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. 

Joh 3:3  Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 

Joh 3:4  Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? 

Joh 3:5  Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 

Joh 3:6  That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 

Joh 3:7  Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. 

Joh 7:50  Nicodemus saith unto them, (he that came to Jesus by night, being one of them,) 

Joh 7:51  Doth our law judge any man, before it hear him, and know what he doeth? 

Joh 19:39  And there came also Nicodemus, which at the first came to Jesus by night, and brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about an hundred pound weight. 

Joh 19:40  Then took they the body of Jesus, and wound it in linen clothes with the spices, as the manner of the Jews is to bury. 

Joh 19:1  Then Pilate therefore took Jesus, and scourged him. 

Joh 19:2  And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe, 

Joh 19:3  And said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they smote him with their hands. 

Joh 19:4  Pilate therefore went forth again, and saith unto them, Behold, I bring him forth to you, that ye may know that I find no fault in him. 

Joh 19:5  Then came Jesus forth, wearing the crown of thorns, and the purple robe. And Pilate saith unto them, Behold the man! 

Joh 19:6  When the chief priests therefore and officers saw him, they cried out, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Take ye him, and crucify him: for I find no fault in him. 

Joh 19:7  The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God. 

Joh 19:8  When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he was the more afraid; 

Joh 19:9  And went again into the judgment hall, and saith unto Jesus, Whence art thou? But Jesus gave him no answer. 

Joh 19:10  Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee? 

Joh 19:11  Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin. 

Joh 19:12  And from thenceforth Pilate sought to release him: but the Jews cried out, saying, If thou let this man go, thou art not Caesar's friend: whosoever maketh himself a king speaketh against Caesar.

*FAITH IS BY HEARING THE WORD, THE WORD OF PROMISE.

   18    Faith is by hearing the Word, the Word of promise. If you don't have a promise, then you venture out upon your own faith. But, if you can take a promise of God, that's God's promise to you.

   19    The woman that touched His garment, had no promise of that. But her faith, without a promise, got her healing.

   20    Now, if she could get her healing, by her faith, without a promise in what she was doing, how much more ought we to get our healing, by faith in a promise that God is manifesting and vindicating before us, and has brought it to us by His Word, come around and confirmed His Word!

*BUT, YOU CANNOT BELIEVE UNTIL SOMETHING IS WITHIN YOU, TO MAKE YOU BELIEVE.

11    And I truly believe that every Word of God, every promise that He made, is true.

12    And it's to anybody who will accept it. And now there is some who try to accept it, and cannot. There is others who can accept it. And some get it without half trying. Now, that, we have to preach the Gospel that "healing is to all," yet we know it's not. It is to all if they can receive it, but we know that they all cannot receive it. I just want to be as honest with you as I know how to be.

  13      We have to preach salvation the same way, that "salvation is for all," but we know that all cannot receive It. All man cannot see these things. Jesus said, "Blessed are your eyes that can see, your understanding, for there is many that cannot understand It."

14    And Divine healing is for people who believe. But, you cannot believe until Something is within you, to make you believe.

*THERE'S A HOLY SPIRIT THAT MAKES YOU LOVE TO SERVE GOD.

   E-111    Now, if you're smoking cigarettes, and so forth like that, and claiming you got the Holy Ghost, shame on you. You men... You say, "Why are you picking on the women?" You men that'll let your wives do that, oh, mister, and calling yourself a Christian, shame on you. I know this is rough, but brother, it's--it's trimming time. It's time for the Holy Ghost to come, take His bride. And if it don't line with His Word, then there's something wrong.

   E-112    You who've fallen away, stay home on Wednesday nights, and won't come over here to church, watching television, and the other nights of church, think... You--you really say... And if you have to come to church you have to force yourself to do it, because you think it's a law you do it; you ought to do it, it's honorable to do it. And if you don't love to do it, there's something wrong. There's a Holy Spirit that makes you love to serve God.

*AND HOW BLESSED ARE YOUR EYES THAT DO SEE, AND HEAR, AND UNDERSTAND; FOR YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND...

E-20    And the antichrist spirit is a religious spirit; don't forget that, dear people. And how blessed are your eyes that do see, and hear, and understand; for you cannot understand, unless God reveals it to you. For the whole church is built upon a spiritual revelation of Jesus Christ being the Son of God.

Every time you hit it, you hit mixed multitudes, especially when supernatural's done. Moses went out of Egypt with supernatural; a mixed multitude went.
