Heb 9:24  For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: 

Heb 9:25  Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; 

Heb 9:26  For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. 

Heb 9:27  And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 

Heb 9:28  So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. 

Col 3:17  And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. 

Col 3:1  If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

E-59    If the--if Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever, the Bible said that in the beginning was the Word and the Word was God. Is that right? And the Word was made flesh. That's when God's Word that He spoke was made flesh.

Do you know the very dirt that you're sitting on is the manifestation of the Word of God? That's God's Word made manifest. If it isn't, where did it come from? He made the world out of things that does not appear. He brings the earth together. Just spoke the Word. Said, "Let there be," and there was. He's a creator. All right. So the chair that you're setting on is the Word of God. This earth that the floor rests on is Word of God. All these things are from the dust of the earth, the Word of God. And you, yourself, are the Word of God. That's right. Then why can't that little heart in there begin to move all the doubt out of this thing here. Let it be.

  E-60    Now, and the Word of God is sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the marrow of the bone and the... sunder of the marrow of the bone; and the Word of God--which is Jesus--is a discerner of the thoughts, into the heart and mind. Is that right?

Now, when the Word was here, and made flesh and dwelt among us in the form of the Son of God, Jesus Christ, a little woman by faith touched His garment one day. He didn't feel it physically, but He turned around and looked, said, "Who touched Me? Who touched Me?"

Even Peter rebuked Him, said, "Lord, everybody is touching You."

He said, "Yeah, but I, I perceived virtue went out of Me. I got weak. My strength left Me." And He said... Looked all around over the audience and He found the little woman, told her her blood issue that she had, her faith had saved her (is that right?) She was healed. He never said, "I did it." She did it herself. See? Said, "Your faith hath saved..."

  E-36    …..Many times when He was here on earth, and before going away He said, "These things that I do shall you do also. Even more than this shall you do, for I go to My Father. Go ye into all the world." The last commission the great commission to every minister: "Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel."

What is the Gospel? You say, "It's the word." Not only. Paul said the Gospel came not through word only, but through the power and the manifestation of the Word by the Holy Ghost. To teach the Word's like reading a newspaper.

  E-37    When I was--landed in India, the Methodist bishop and many of them come out there to meet me. They said, "Brother Branham, we've heard of these things. We preached the Word, we know more about theology perhaps than all you Americans put together, because the Bible is a Eastern Book." And that's right. Said, "But we want to see someone anointed with the Holy Spirit, that can make It live again." That's it. "We want somebody who can produce what the Bible says it will do. We," otherwise, "we want to see the faith that was once delivered to the saints." There you are.

 

*HE COMMISSIONED THE CHURCH TO CARRY THE SAME GOSPEL TO THE END OF THE WORLD…

  E-39    There laid the man at the gate called Beautiful, where Jesus had passed in and out many times, still laying there lame from his mothers womb. And Jesus had passed through this gate many times. You understand? Then after his going away, we see what kind of ministry He had. Now, after He goes away He commissioned the church... This is going to shock so get ready. He commissioned the church to carry the same gospel to the end of the world: "These signs shall follow them that believe; in my Name they shall cast out evil spirits, speak with new tongues. If they should take up a serpent or drink a deadly thing, it cannot harm them. They'll lay hands on the sick and they shall recover." Showing in a few words what signs was to follow the believer. And those signs followed all through the apostolic age. Amen.

  E-40    Jesus introduced the faith. The ministers carry it out. For the first hundred years they was carried to a letter. Then the Laodicean council's taken place, and men begin to squirmal and squabble about different doctrines and broke it up till now, but it's coming evening time, when the prophet said there'll be light in the evening. The Gospel light showed when it raised yonder. The prophet said, "There'll be a day that'll not be day nor night. But in the evening it shall be light." …..

 

*HE SENDS THE MESSENGER TO THE CHURCH ELECTED, THE PENTECOSTAL ELECTED, PULLED-OUT…BUT THE CHURCH ELECTED… BUT IT WAS GOD IN THAT FLESH, SHOWING THAT GOD WOULD AGAIN DWELL IN THE REDEEMED FLESH OF HIS CHURCH IN THE LAST DAYS AND WOULD DO THE SAME SIGN.

E-89    …..Now, He sends the messenger to the church elected, the Pentecostal elected, pulled-out, not out there in the nominal church, but the church elected. And the church in itself is... The Holy Spirit moving in the church is what does the works. That wasn't that body of flesh. It probably vanished. But it was God in that flesh, showing that God would again dwell in the redeemed flesh of His church in the last days and would do the same sign. "As it was in the days of Sodom, so shall it be in the coming of the Son of man." Hallelujah. There you are: Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever. "Sirs, we would see Jesus."

Oh, sure. What would you see? The manifestation of the Word. "And the Word is sharper than a two-edged sword, piercing even the sunder of the bones, and a Discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." Friends, that was Jesus yesterday. And if the Word is manifested again today, won't it be Jesus today? Would it be the same yesterday? How many believes that?

 

*EVERY WORD, EVERY WORD, EVERY WORD OF GOD, MEN SHALL LIVE BY… THAT'S WHAT HE SHALL LIVE BY.

E-55    Now, watch. He was the Word. See now, Jesus, He just said this because He was the Word. But to us, we have to approach God through the Word. See? The Word comes to the prophets. They're not the Word. In the Old Testament, now, Elijah and Moses, and all those great prophets, they wasn't the Word. They were the--they were a perverted body that the Word of God came to. The Bible said the Word of God come to the prophets. They wasn't the Word. But Jesus was the Word. Amen, amen. Oh, I just love that. All right.

  E-56    Now, why did He never fail to stay right with that Word? Satan tried to pervert it like he did to Eve. He said, "It is written thou shall... He give the Angels charge concerning thee, lest any time thou dash thy foot against a stone."

He said, "It's also written." See? Oh, He just poked it right back at him. Then He said, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every," every, not a little bit here, and a little over yonder, mix it together with some theology of the world-made, man-minded people, "but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God, man shall live by that." Every Word, every Word, every Word of God, men shall live by. That's what he shall live by. Jesus said so, and He was the Word.

  E-57    So now, then if a true prophet stays with the Word, and you see the manifestation of the Word, like Micaiah did, like Moses, like all of them did; then a false prophet would be a one that would cause you--try to make you dismayed about the signs of God's Word. He'd be a false prophet. Jesus said beware of them, and they will fool or deceive the very elected if it was possible. See, they'll come right up there, and claim to be everything else, but they just don't... When they go to moving away from that Word, you move away too. Move away from them; stay with the Word.

 

…*APPEARING AND COMING IS TWO DIFFERENT WORDS: TO APPEAR AND THEN TO COME. HE'S APPEARING IN HIS CHURCH IN THE FORM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, SHOWING THAT IT'S HIM…

50    Same thing today, when you see His work. Now, we have already seen and are witnessing the appearing of the Lord. Now remember, appearing and coming is two different words: to appear and then to come. Now is the appearing; He's already appeared in these last days, right here with us in the last few years. Now, it's a sign of His coming. He's appearing in His Church in the form of the Holy Spirit, showing that it's Him, 'cause people cannot do these things that you see the Holy Spirit doing; so that's the appearing of the Lord. Now, you remember, it spoke both places, "appearing" and "coming."

 

*BUT WHEN JESUS SAID, "GO AND PREACH THE GOSPEL … AND THE GOSPEL CAME NOT IN WORD ONLY, BUT THROUGH THE MANIFESTATION OF THE WORD…

  52    Now, today, we try to take the written Word we have in letter form, creed form and so forth, to all the world. And there's been missionaries gone everywhere. But what do we find when we get there? A native that can't read his name, holding a tract in his hand. He knows no more about it than he does which is right and left hand. But when Jesus said, "Go and preach the Gospel," He never said, "teach the Word." He said, "Preach the Gospel." "And the Gospel came not in Word only, but through the manifestation of the Word," for the only way that it could be done was to make His promise come to pass.

 

…*GOD COMES AMONG THE PEOPLE AND PROVES THAT HIS WORD IS MADE MANIFEST… BY THE HOLY SPIRIT WORKING THROUGH YOU.

  53    Some, one guy can read that--that like in William Jennings Bryant, when he was debating with Darrell on the ethics of Darwin. See? He could only say what Darwin had said. And William Jennings Bryant could say what the Bible had said. That was the debate. But in this case, God comes among the people and proves that His Word is made manifest. And the only way you can do that, is not by a tract, but by the Holy Spirit working through you. You're life becomes His life. He's in you.

 

*YOU ARE HIS INSTRUMENT. YOU PROSTRATE YOURSELF BEFORE GOD, AND HE COMES IN YOU AND SPEAKS OUT TO THE PEOPLE.

  54    The heathens, when they worship the idol, they prostrated themself before the idol, and believe that the idol talked back to them, that god, their god turned, come into this idol and spoke back through them. Now, that's just contrary, turned around what God is. God doesn't deal with idols. You are His instrument. You prostrate yourself before God, and He comes in you and speaks out to the people. That's the difference. He's the living God for a living person, not a dead God to a dead idol. He's a living God to a living being. And you become His witnesses, what He said here.

That's the--now, notice, many people says that that was just for the apostles, He said here, "Go ye into all the world and preach this Gospel to every creature, and (conjunction) these signs shall follow them that believe."

*IF YOU'LL TELL THE TRUTH... BUT GOD WILL VINDICATE THAT, THAT IT IS THE TRUTH, IF YOU'LL JUST STAY WITH IT.

E-73    …..People admire you if you'll tell the truth. How many of you girls appreciate a good old mother that spared not the rod, but kept you lined up? You appreciate her? How about that old gray-headed daddy, that's out here in the graveyard today? Do you love him? Why? He was a daddy. That's right. But that one who let you... I seen a boy the other day, stole, and everything else, and carried on. Why, his mother upheld him in it. He said, "If my mother (he was going to prison) would've made me take them things back, I wouldn't be going here today." There you are. See? It's that. Don't you be wishy-washy. God wants you to stand on what's truth. Amen.

  10-9    Do you see what I mean? If you'll tell the truth... You may be laughed at for a while; you may be misunderstood for a while; but God will vindicate that, that it is the truth, if you'll just stay with it. Just hold on. Might take years, but like in Abraham and others, but He will always make it the truth.

*IN ORDER TO BE BORNED AGAIN, IT'S LETTING YOURSELF GO AND DIE, AND THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST COME INTO YOU. THEN YOU'RE NO MORE YOURS; IT'S CHRIST IN YOU…

  56    Now, today, we say a good church member shakes hands with the pastor, puts his name from the Methodist to the Baptist, or Baptist to the Methodist, or so forth, and lives a pretty good life. Now, we missionaries, we see those heathens live life that these Americans, so-called Christians, couldn't compare with by no means. See? So if just a good life's all that counts, they're saved the same as the rest of them by an idol. Their morals would smother over us till we wouldn't have a chance to stand in their presence, that's right, and their acts. But that's not it.

Jesus said, "Ye must be borned again." In order to be borned again, it's letting yourself go and die, and the Spirit of Christ come into you. Then you're no more yours; it's Christ in you (See?), the Holy Spirit. Paul said, "I die daily; yet I live, not I, but Christ liveth in me." See, Christ...

*THAT'S WHAT MAN SHALL LIVE BY. THE WORD OF GOD IS A MAN'S SPIRITUAL DAILY BREAD, IS THE WORD OF GOD MADE MANIFEST.

  65    The Word was a thought. And a thought is... A word is a thought expressed. See? Now, it was God's thoughts, what He was going to do, then He expressed it on the Word.

And now when the Holy Spirit gets ahold of the Word, It brings It to pass and manifests It, and makes It a reality, every Word of God. No Scripture but what is given by inspiration, and every Word of God is perfect and correct, and It will be fulfilled. Every Word must be fulfilled. "Heavens and earth will pass away," said Jesus, "but My Word shall not fail." Every Word of It must be fulfilled.

  70    A creed's all right, but it just doesn't satisfy till you get down to the Word. "And man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." That's what man shall live by. The Word of God is a man's spiritual daily Bread, is the Word of God made manifest.

*AND NOW JUST BEFORE THE HEADSTONE COMES INTO IT, THAT CHURCH HAS TO BE HONED SO PERFECT, TILL THE SAME MINISTRY THAT HE DID HERE, HIS SAME SPIRIT…

  84    "Sirs, We Would See Jesus." What more would it be, if a man come in here with blood over him, and nail scars, and things... Jesus, when He comes, every eye shall see Him, every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess when the Body of Jesus returns. I believe in His literal coming, corporal body, descending from the heavens with a shout, with the voice of the Archangel, the trump of God. The dead in Christ shall rise. But His Spirit is here with us.

And as the church, like the pyramid, comes into a--a point, so has the church in the days of Luther, days of Wesley, days of Pentecostal. And now just before the Headstone comes into it, that church has to be honed so perfect, till the same ministry that He did here, His same Spirit, so predominant, will bring that same Body right into it, and resurrect the whole thing. That's exactly. Amen. Glory to God.

 

*AND THAT'S WHAT THE CHURCH OUGHT TO BE DOING, SUBMITTING TO CHRIST, TO HIS WORD, TO HIS DOCTRINE, TO HIS PRINCIPLES.

  E-85    …..Just like, why does a woman every time she gets married, put a veil over her face? She's coming to her husband, the head, just like Rebekah did. She put a veil over her face to meet Isaac. She has no more head; Isaac's her head. And the church ought to be so submissive to the Word of God, that it veils its own face. It has no head. It's... The nature of a woman is to submit to a man. And that's what the church ought to be doing, submitting to Christ, to His Word, to His doctrine, to His principles. She takes no thought for Herself. She has no head. Christ is Her Head, not some ecclesiastical bunch. But Christ is Her Head, the Word. And the Word was made flesh and dwelled among us. Hallelujah. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever, that same manifestation of the Word. Do you believe it? Let us pray.

38-4    And tonight, Father, likewise, I point them to a Calvary, where the Son of God, God made manifest in flesh took on the form of a human being and was tabernacled (changed His cast, become from a--the eternal God in glory with eternal), become a human being, and pitched His Tent among us, and become one of us to be a Kinsman Redeemer, to bring us back to a--a recollection of a mighty God Who created us. There He died at Calvary, and there we must die with Him, as He died, the Son of God. To be sons of God we must die also, and let our corn of wheat fall into the ground with Him, our lives be dead and hid in Him, oh, and then raised in His resurrection to carry on His work, to let His--same God that was in Him bring forth the manifestation of the Word of the Church in this last days as He promised.

 

…*THE PURPOSE THAT BROUGHT HIM TO THE EARTH, THAT WE HAVE A RIGHT TO POSSESS HIS SPIRIT IN OUR LIVES THAT GIVES US ETERNAL LIFE, HIS WORD MADE FLESH IN OUR OWN BEING.

  39-1    And, God, we're so glad to see that He's vindicated every bit of it. To show that He's God, He keeps His Word. The great Pillar of Fire is still among us. The great signs and wonders that He promised is still happening. O God, we are so happy that tonight, that the purpose that brought Him to the earth, that we have a right to possess His Spirit in our lives that gives us Eternal Life, His Word made flesh in our own being.

Let us surrender ourselves tonight, Lord, surrender completely to everything of this world, that we might be dead to the things of the world and rise again to a new life in Christ, to go forth in this coming year (if the year lasts through or if it even gets here), Lord Jesus, to be new consecrated vessels of God, washed by the water of the Word through the Blood, and set aside for service for Christ. Grant it, Lord. We commit ourselves to You in the Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
