2Pe 1:1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:
2Pe 1:2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
2Pe 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
2Pe 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
2Pe 1:5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
2Pe 1:6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
2Pe 1:7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
2Pe 1:8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2Pe 1:9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
2Pe 1:10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

Mat 19:22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.
Mat 19:23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Mat 19:24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
Mat 19:25 When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved?
Mat 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
Mat 19:27 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore?
Mat 19:28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
Mat 19:29 And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.
Mat 19:30 But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.

…Now, I'm not the Master. No, sir. But if the Master's Life is in you, it'll bear an effect just the same. See? Just like the Master looked upon sin--Jerusalem, and wept over it. And if the Holy Spirit is in you, It'll weep right out too, over lost ones and sin and things. It's the Holy Spirit in the person. And that's.....So, we give God praise tonight, to know that the Holy Spirit is in us.

E-10 So, when God has anchored His love in the human
heart, there is something... For a personal testimony. If I am condemned when I come up before
the judgment seat of God at the end time, if it's planned that way, and I have
to stand in His Presence, and He points His majestic finger at me and say,
"Depart from Me." If I keep this same
attitude that I have now, and I be in hell, I'll still love Him. See?
And He's just. I've deserved to go there at the first place. And if I knew that I was going to be condemned, and know now that I would be condemned at the end, after I've worked for Him a hundred years from now, I'd still desire to work for Him.

That's the way God is. When you come and find
Christ in your heart, there's no place you can stop. You just keep moving on,
just needing that, needing this thing, that thing. It's "The love
of God, how rich and pure, how fathomless and strong. It shall forevermore
endure, the saints and angels song." Oh, I... People trying to measure
God's love.
E-14 John, after he returned from the Isle of Patmos out in the Aegean Sea, only thing he could say was, "Little children, love one another." He found there was something real. And that was the disciple that wanted to call fire down on the city, and burn them up 'cause they wouldn't give him nothing to eat. But how Christ got a hold of him and let Him know, "You don't know what kind of a spirit you are," he said, "trying to destroy life. We come to save life." That's what we have to have, is love for one another.

…But when you've got the love of Jesus Christ in your
heart, when God makes a Christian out of you, when He seals you into His Kingdom, you
might fall under the Spirit too. You might do this, that, or the other,
whatever it is. But your life will tally
to your testimony.
Your life testifies so loud, till... No matter what you say, people don't believe it if you don't live it. They ain't going to believe you. And you don't believe it yourself, and the public don't believe it; so you're just making yourself miserable. Why don't you come with a true heart, and say, "God, I confess my wrongs, and I believe on Jesus Christ with all my heart. Now, God, give me the Holy Ghost." He will do it. That's right. He will do it. Then, the fruit of that, because you believe.....

HIS GOODNESS TONIGHT... JESUS SAID, "NO MAN CAN COME TO ME EXCEPT MY

world, that'll never be--never receive the call, that'll never come. Many...

condemnation." And to think, that God in
His goodness tonight... Jesus said, "No

receive Everlasting Life." And God
is good enough to knock at your heart tonight. And would you be foul
enough to refuse Him?

E-51 "Well, I backslid, because I'll tell you, I just couldn't stand
for them to call me this, that, and the other." Well,
you never got the mainspring put in the middle of--His Spirit in the middle of
your spirit. See?
You had a false impersonation. You--you cried; you had a foul conception. See?
You would've... You just... You just
accepted the emotional side and never got to the real side. You just heard the watch tick, and got
the noise and went with it, started ticking, too. But if the mainspring is doing the ticking, if it's--it's
controlling every emotion, then the yoke becomes easy.
They can say, "You know what? There she goes. She used to be a
doll, but look at her now. Her hair's straight back, her makeup's gone. She wears
these modest looking..." I don't mean to be now like something out of an
ark, but I mean--I mean just that you should dress decent. "Why, she used
to be the cutest little thing. We'd see her laying out in the yard with her
shorts on taking a sun bath, but she don't do it no more." Something's happened.
The
mainspring got in the place where it ought to be. That's right.

E-52 .....And when the yoke is lined with a joy, and peace, and sweetness of Christ in your heart, then you just pick up all the burdens the world casts on you, and bear them to a certain hill called Calvary. And there you kneel down and pray for that one that was persecuting you, not rain fire out of heaven and tear up the church, but you bring peace to them. "God, be merciful to them."

Now, friends, if you go from this place tonight, without Christ in your
heart, as the Word of the Gospel being planted, and the Holy Spirit coming
right down, and bringing that Word to life, and proving it by the Bible, not anything outside the Bible, not a
fantastic. A real Bible, Holy
Spirit, that was on our Lord Jesus, coming right down energizing the vine. and
bringing forth the very same thing on the branches, that He did when He was here on earth,
to fulfill the Word, "I'll be
with you to the end of the world." Then He stands on it.
Now, at the judgment day--at the judgment day, don't point your finger
to me, for I'm free. Hear it? I'm free. Don't point your finger to God. He sent His Word and confirmed It. He's absolutely free. What about it now? If I'd have been a
church member forty years, and the Holy Spirit was telling me that I was not a
real borned again saint of God, I'd make
my way to this altar, right now. Won't you do it while we sing once more?
