Mar 11:11 And Jesus entered into Jerusalem, and into the temple: and when he had looked round about upon all things, and now the eventide was come, he went out unto Bethany with the twelve.
Mar 11:12 And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry:
Mar 11:13 And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.
Mar 11:14 And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.
Mar 11:15 And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;
Mar 11:16 And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.
Mar 11:17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.
Mar 11:18 And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.
Mar 11:19 And when even was come, he went out of the city.
Mar 11:20 And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.

*NOW, FOR NEARLY TWO THOUSAND YEARS, GOD
HAS BEEN TRYING TO CUT HIM A MASTERPIECE BRIDE, CALLED A CHURCH.

131 Now, for nearly two
thousand years, God has been trying to cut Him a masterpiece Bride, called a
Church. That's
right. How does God do it? He does it by His never-changing method, the Word. God never changes His method. Anybody, you can. You change. I change. Time changes. The world changes. But
God doesn't change, He's perfect. He doesn't change. And the way He does
anything the first time, He does it every time the same way.
132 He saved man one time because he repented. That's the way he will save man again. He healed one man because he had faith. He will heal the next one on the same basis. He never changes His way, because, see, He is sovereign and He's Eternal. He's infinite, omnipresent, omniscient. He's God. And therefore He don't have to ask anybody for wisdom. He don't have to wait till He learns more. He don't need a new degree. He's perfect. And whatever degree, and whatever thing He makes first, His first decision remains the same forever. It can never be changed. Oh, how glad I am!
*THE WORD FOR THAT DAY, THE BRIDE BECOMES
PART OF THAT WORD, FOR IT'S CHRIST.

138 Now we notice that God begin to
make Him a--a Bride for Christ. So... And the Bride
must be identified with Him and in Him, because it is part of Him. Now,
the Bride is part of Him. She is part of Him. The Word
for that day, the Bride becomes part of that Word, for it's Christ. Now,
you believe that? [Congregation says, "Amen."--Ed.] We have to be in Christ. In Christ, we have to be of Christ,
in Christ, part of Christ.
139 What is a woman, when she takes a man, or a man takes a woman? That
woman has to be part of him. They're no longer two. They're one.
140 And when God and Christ became one, they were One. Cause, God was the Word, and the Word was made flesh. The flesh and the Word became One. And when the church becomes Christ's Bride, She and the Gospels are the same.
*YOU BETTER HAVE CHRIST IN YOU, 'CAUSE
THAT WORD IS ETERNAL, AND THAT WORD IS WHAT WILL RAISE YOU UP AGAIN.

143 How we going to come to Heaven,
then, to say, "Well, I believe this, but I don't believe That"? You've got to be the full Word, for you are part of Him.
That's how God is trying to make His Church today, not by a creed. And they're trying to force us into
that, folks. You can see it coming. The handwriting is on the wall. Won't be
too long till we're going to be a world Church. And every church is going to
have to fall right into that, or stand the circumstances. Well, are you ready
to stand that? You better not do it just because you think it's the right
thing.
144 You better have Christ in you, 'cause that Word is Eternal, and that Word is what will raise you up again. You become part of that Word. You're identified with the Word.
*AND THE WORD THAT REFLECTED GOD THROUGH
CHRIST, REFLECTS THE SAME GOD THROUGH YOU.

146 It's all right to have denominations. I ain't against that. But, see,
that, that's what the people are. Many people say I tear down denominations, I
kick them. I do not. No, sir. The denominations, they're all right. That's just
like working agreements, or anything like that. But when you stick, because you
say, "I'm a Christian because I belong to certain-certain church,"
that doesn't mean anything. You've got to be of Christ, and Christ is the Word. And many
times those denominations is as far away from the Word as East is from West.
147 You've got to stay with that Word, to be the Bride. If you're in the Bride, you're in the Word, and the Word is in you. And the Word that reflected God through Christ, reflects the same God through you. Amen. Amen means "so be it." So, so be it. I believe it to be the Truth. You have to be identified with Him.

179 No matter what the world may say, they may call us "crazy,
hysterical, or Beelzebubs, or heretics," whatever they want to be. I still
want to be identified with that group. I'm still there. I'm remain there. I was
born there. I want to stay there. I'll always be there, 'cause God placed me
there. I am. I left my church, to come identify myself with a bunch of
holy-rollers. I'm one of them. I'm identified with them.
They say, "Billy,
you lost your mind."
180 Maybe I did, but I found the mind of Christ. I found His Word, found His Presence, found that He's the same yesterday, today, and forever!... care what anybody else thinks about it. This is me. I'm the one that has to make my identification. I'm identified with Him, by God's Word. He said, "These signs shall follow them that believe." I'm glad I'm identified in that. Yes, sir.
*YOUR LIFE HAS GOT TO BE THIS. YOU AND
THIS HAS TO BECOME ONE, SEE, AND THEN THIS MANIFESTS ITSELF.

184 Listen, wish we had time to go further on
this. But I'd like to ask the question, that I heard remarked the other day,
about, "Christ in you."
Now, don't--don't let it rest upon something that you've
done; say, "I felt a little shiver. I--I--I spoke in tongues. I--I danced
in the spirit." Nothing against that, now. That's all right, see, that's,
but don't rest upon that. See?
Your life has got to be This. [Brother Branham pats his Bible--Ed.] This is It. You and This has to become one, see, and then This manifests Itself. See?

187 But He that is in you is Christ! And if Christ is in you, the works of Christ you will do, if Christ lives in you. He said so. Saint John 14:12, "He that believeth in Me, the works that I do shall he do also," if you was in Christ, or if Christ lived in you. Then, Christ is the Word. Is that right? And the Word come to His prophets. See? And if, you, Christ lived in you, the works of Christ would be done through you, the Life of Christ would be lived through you. The works He did, the life He lived, and everything, it would live in you; just like if Shakespeare, Beethoven, or--or whoever it was lived in you.
*BUT IF THE LIFE, IF CHRIST IS LIVING IN
YOU, HIS WORD HE WILL RECOGNIZE AND HIS PROMISE HE'LL DO.

188 If His Life! But if you're still living your own life, then your own works you'll do. See? But if you're living the Life of Christ, if Christ is in you, "He that's in you is greater than he that's in the world." If your doubts and flusterations about God's promise is in you, then Christ isn't there; see, you're only worked up. But if the Life, if Christ is living in you, His Word He will recognize and His promise He'll do. See? He'll do.
*HE SAID, "I WILL COME TO YOU, BE IN
YOU. I," THE PERSON, CHRIST, IN THE FORM OF THE HOLY GHOST…

190 He said, "I will not leave you comfortless." As I pray, asked a while ago, there in Matthew 24, see, or Matthew 28:20. See? He said, "I will come to you, be in you. I," the Person, Christ, in the form of the Holy Ghost, "will come and live in you. Then you won't be your--you won't be yourself no more. I'll be in you. And greater is He that's in you, than he that's in the world." See? Hebrews 13:8 says, "He is same, yesterday and forever."

195 He is in us, that's, the Christ. He
was the conqueror of every enemy, for us. When He was
here on earth, He conquered sin, He conquered sickness, He conquered death, He
conquered hell, He conquered the grave, and now He lives in us as the
Conqueror! He conquered sickness, hell, death, grave, and come to us to
set us free from all those things. And greater is He that's in you, than he
that can put these bluffs over on you. Yes! "Greater is He that's in
you, than he that's in the world."
Col 1:21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
Col 1:22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

Col 1:29 Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.
