22-1003P_PERFECT STRENGTH BY PERFECT WEAKNESS PT.15 (IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD)

Psa 100:1  A Psalm of praise. Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.

Psa 100:2  Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

Psa 100:3  Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Psa 100:4  Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Psa 100:5  For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD

AT.THY.WORD.LORD_  WOOD.RIVER.IL  SUNDAY_  54-0221

E-35    Well, the Christian, the believer, is sowed with the incorruptible Word of God, how can It produce anything else? See? That's it. When it gets in there, it... The Holy Spirit comes in on the Word of God that's sunk deep in your heart; It'll water It, and It'll grow out, and you'll just... Automatically, you won't desire... As I said last night you won't have to take the leaves off the tree; the new life pushes out and takes the old leaf off. It makes you live a different person.

GOD'S.PROVIDED.WAY_  WEST.PALM.BEACH.FL  TUESDAY_  53-1201

E-10    Now, a righteous man is not a sinless man. For you notice he said, "Elijah was a man subject to like passions as we are." He had his ups-and-downs and his differences. And the Scripture of his life proves that he had his ups-and-downs like we do. And he had his times of wondering and his times that his temper got away from him, and he had a lot of things, that went wrong. But he was still a righteous man, because he confessed his unworthiness and believed in God. So that's what made him righteous.

We're not righteous within ourselves; we're righteous through Jesus Christ. I cannot be sanctified within myself; I am sanctified through Jesus Christ Who stands in the--in the Presence of God in my place. It isn't my holiness; it's His holiness. My holiness won't work at all, but His does. Because God done accepted Him. And in accepting Him He had to accept me, because I'm in Him. Amen. That's what makes it real isn't it. Then we don't have to depend on ourself.

Now, that doesn't make us say we can sin. Brother, if you sin, you're just--you're just away from God. That's all. There's only one thing to do, is confess it and get right with God. As long as you desire to sin, the desire of sin's still in your heart, then it's time to stay down at the altar till that thing's taken out.

Now you will sin. You're bound to sin 'cause you just can't help it, but not willful sin. "He that sins willfully after he receive the knowledge of the truth (See?), there remaineth no more sacrifice for sin." But every day you're bound to sin.

E-11    And you're bound to be backsliding constantly, so it takes a constant prayer to God. Paul said, "I die daily." And if Paul had to die daily, how much more am I going--I'm going to have to stay there dead all the time, if--if Paul had to die daily to stay right with God. And so, we'll all have to do that, just die out to ourself. And that's getting God's way.

GOD'S.PROVIDED.WAY_  WEST.PALM.BEACH.FL  TUESDAY_  53-1201

E-45    Did you ever walk out of the morning in that real fresh, cool feeling? God has refreshed His earth. Fragrance, did you ever go into a rose garden? Down my place they got a lot of honeysuckles. The honeysuckle don't smell much along in the heat of the day, but it's early of the morning, when all the air has been purified, then that aroma of the honeysuckle... Let a man be out fussing, fighting, stewing, and you'll never get much of aroma from that of the gospel, but let him get alone one time in the stillness of God.

Every man that comes to the pulpit ought to dwell alone first. Then comes the fruits, yielding forth it's fruits. Every man that stays in the Presence of God, into this great secret place, hid away will yield the fruits of righteousness, peace, love, joy, longsuffering, goodness, gentleness, patience. Don't fuss about these other things. Get that in your life, and you'll never get it until you hide away with God into that land of adoption.

8-7    Into this holy place Aaron went once a year. The congregation watched him. He was dressed right. He had to be anointed right. He had to walk right. Blessed be the Lord. Dressed right, walk right, anointed right: he had a bell and a pomegranate on his garment. And as he walked, they played, "Holy, holy, holy, unto the Lord."

He taken before him a charger of blood, the blood of the lamb, the blood of the atonement; and he was anointed with the Rose of Sharon, and the anointing rolled off his beard plumb to the hems of his skirt. He was walking into the inner court in the presence of God; and when he went behind there, the veil fell behind him, and he was shut out. He was hid from the outer world. Praise be to God. There is a hiding place, abiding place.

WHY.ARE.PEOPLE.SO.TOSSED.ABOUT_  JEFF.IN  V-2 N-14  SUNDAY_  56-0101

19-1    We can walk in the Presence of God, and be hid from the things of this world. You don't hear them no more. It's sound proof (Hallelujah.)--sound proof. The world's on the outside, gasping and looking; but you're on the inside in the Presence of the eternal everlasting God, eating from this manna that'll last for spans of years, hundreds of years. It's never contaminated; neither did it give out.

And a man that once walked into God, and the veil drops behind him, shutting off the things of the world, he's in the Presence of God, eating the manna. No wonder twelve o'clock, nine o'clock, or anything, he's living in the Presence of the King. Amen. No wonder every day's fine for him. See; look where he's at. He's found the secret place. He's went behind the veil. The doors is closed behind him. He don't see nothing of the world. Them doors was made sound proof by sheepskins, and goatskins; and this is made sound proof by the baptism of the Holy Spirit that hides a man in Christ; there he becomes a new creature and he walks daily before Him in this manner.

19-4    What a beautiful picture of the believer in the Presence of God. All things are His then. All things was given to Christ. All that God was, He poured into Christ. All Christ was poured into the church. "That day you'll know that I'm in the Father, the Father in Me, and I in you." Oh, the privilege that the believer has, if they only could accept it.

Psa 116:1  I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications.

Psa 116:2  Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.

Psa 116:3  The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow.

Psa 116:4  Then called I upon the name of the LORD; O LORD, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.

Psa 116:5  Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful.

Psa 116:6  The LORD preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he helped me.

Psa 116:7  Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the LORD hath dealt bountifully with thee.

Psa 116:8  For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.

Psa 116:9  I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.

Psa 116:10  I believed, therefore have I spoken: I was greatly afflicted:

Psa 116:11  I said in my haste, All men are liars.

Psa 116:12  What shall I render unto the LORD for all his benefits toward me?

Psa 116:13  I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD.

Psa 116:14  I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people.

Psa 116:15  Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

Psa 116:16  O LORD, truly I am thy servant; I am thy servant, and the son of thine handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds.

Psa 116:17  I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the LORD.

Psa 116:18  I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people,

Psa 116:19  In the courts of the LORD'S house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye the LORD.
