(VOICE OF WARNING)

Isa 38:1  In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came unto him, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order: for thou shalt die, and not live. 

Isa 38:2  Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed unto the LORD, 

Isa 38:3  And said, Remember now, O LORD, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore. 

Isa 38:4  Then came the word of the LORD to Isaiah, saying, 

Isa 38:5  Go, and say to Hezekiah, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will add unto thy days fifteen years. 

1Th 5:2  For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 

1Th 5:3  For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 

1Th 5:4  But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 

1Th 5:5  Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 

1Th 5:6  Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. 

Luk 17:26  And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. 

Luk 17:27  They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. 

Luk 17:28  Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 

Luk 17:29  But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. 

Luk 17:30  Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. 

*GOD SENDS PREACHERS AND EVERYTHING AND GIVES WARNING, SENDS HIS SPIRIT AND WARNS THE PEOPLE.

E-33    Then when Jesus... About the time that God was going to do something... Before God does anything He always sends mercy before judgment. He always sends warning. And when man won't heed the warning, there's only one thing left, that's judgment. That's right. "If you die in your sins, where I am you cannot come." God sends preachers and everything and gives warning, sends His Spirit and warns the people.

Now, before He sent Jesus, He sent a warning to the people to make ready His coming. And may I stop here just a minute to say this with a deepest of sincerity: I believe the things that you're seeing taking place today across the world, is a warning: Jesus is coming.

…..Let the pressure come on brother, it'll push you to God. You don't have to wonder whether you're a Methodist or Baptist; just start praying; God will take care the rest of it. You just start tak... Just pray, get close to God.

*AND ALL THROUGH THE AGE, GOD'S ALWAYS WARNED. HE SENDS MERCY, AND IF THEY SPURN MERCY, THERE'S NOTHING ELSE LEFT BUT JUDGMENT.

E-31    …..So that begin with Him, and then He went out through capital punishment. He come in by the way of a stable door, and went out through capital punishment. That's the way the world received the Lord Jesus Christ.

But just before His--His birth, God always makes a preparation for things. Don't you believe that? I want you to listen close. I believe today with all my heart... Now, this is just Brother Branham speaking. You see? I believe that the things that you see are taking place now, is a preparation. God is preparing something just before a climax. God always warns the world, and then if they won't--will not receive warning, then there's only one thing left; that's judgment.

Noah warned the world, and they would not receive it. And all through the age, God's always warned. He sends mercy, and if they spurn mercy, there's nothing else left but judgment. But the merciful Father will send mercy first.

  E-32    Now, this time just before the coming of the Lord Jesus they had men... The church had got down to a place till it was very few that was looking for it, just unconcerned about like they are today. Just... But God always has had a remnant of people who believed him.

*… HE SENT A VOICE OF WARNING AND WARNED THE PEOPLE TO FLEE FROM THE WRATH THAT WAS TO COME.

E-20    …..God always makes a preparation. Before He does anything, He always gives ample time, much warning, and then those who spurn that love, of warning, there's nothing left but judgment. They must receive judgment.

Before God destroyed the antediluvian world in the days of Noah, He sent a voice of warning and warned the people to flee from the wrath that was to come. And the warning, the voice of warning was so contrary to the church setup of that day, until the people laughed him to scorn and thought he was a crazy man; for he--he spoke of something that was impossible as far as man was concerned for it to happen. Lord said He was going to rain water down out of the skies, and it had never rained, not even dew fall, until that time. But yet he said He was going to do it.

And here's where he based his--his text, where he based his thought and his faith was in, because God said He was going to do it. That's a good reason. When God says He's going to do anything, just believe it; because He's going to do it.

  E-21    If God come down in this building tonight and said, "It's going to rain tomorrow," well, if I went everywhere, I'd take my umbrella. It'd be easy for me to take umbrella if the sun was shining ever so bright, 'cause I know it was going to rain. And when God says anything, He's going to do it, and you can just depend...

If He says, "Don't plant any crops this year, there won't--there won't be anything raised," you'd never see me putting any seed in the ground; 'cause it'd be easy for me to believe that God said so. And what God says, it's easy for me to believe that He'll do it. That is today, on the ministry.

*GOD KEPT HARDENING PHARAOH'S HEART. (BUT HE SAID, "NOW, I'M GOING TO MAKE A WAY OF ESCAPE, BECAUSE I'M GOING TO SEND DEATH OVER THE LAND.")

E-16    Moses took God's provided way when they were down there in Egypt. How they going to get out? It... God kept hardening Pharaoh's heart. But He said, "Now, I'm going to make a way of escape, because I'm going to send death over the land."

Say, listen, here's something striking. Watch, plague after plague after plague, but the last plague fell was death, just before the deliverance.

Notice it. How striking it is today. Jesus said there'll be--perilous times shall come, men's hearts would fail; how He said they'd be distress between the nations, sea a roaring, tidal waves that's never been heard of before, bursting forth in the seas. How that in all these things, signs would be coming to pass. Just like it was in the days of Noah, it would be again. How marvelous.

But remember, the last plague that fell was death. And the last thing... God has give us warning after warning, warning after warning. Now, the last thing that's come is death, spiritual death. The churches are dying spiritually. That's right, friend.

*…THERE'S A DEEPER EXPERIENCE THAN THAT. YOU'VE GOT TO GET THAT PERSON TO WHERE THE HOLY SPIRIT TAKES CONTROL OF THAT LIFE BY THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. THAT'S GOD'S PROVIDED WAY.

E-17    We talk about the revival in America; we haven't got any revival. We've got a lot of church joining, but we haven't got any revival.

One of the famous evangelists, not long ago, where had claimed thirty thousand in six weeks (or twenty thousand, I believe it was.), about six weeks after that, couldn't find twenty people. The reason of it is this, friend, is because they just have the people just to make a confession, just stand up and set down. That's good. That's all right, as far as you go.

But, brother, there's a deeper experience than that. You've got to get that person to where the Holy Spirit takes control of that life by the baptism of the Holy Spirit. That's God's provided way.

*GOD HASN'T GOT ANY SHORTCUTS. YOU COME BY THE CROSS, BORN AGAIN, FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST, OR YOU'RE GONE. NO SHORTCUTS, YOU GOT TO COME GOD'S WAY.

  E-18    God's provided way was the only thing that floated. Your popularity won't last during that day. It won't stand in that day. I don't care what you got. God hasn't got any shortcuts. You come by the cross, born again, filled with the Holy Ghost, or you're gone. You're lost. No shortcuts, you got to come God's way.

What if I started home tonight and said, "Let's see now, the beeline would be right like this." I'd get stuck in mud. They've provided a highway. I've got to take the mark and follow it.

*THOSE WILD ANIMALS HEARD THE SOUND AND TOOK THE WARNING OF GOD BY THE HOLY SPIRIT, AND WENT TO SAFETY…..EVERYTHING THAT'S NOT IN THE BODY OF CHRIST WILL BE LEFT HERE.

E-36    I can just imagine... Let's look at this just a moment. God was preparing, Noah's preaching. And the first thing you know, why one day there come a thunder.

I hear someone say, "Oh, a blast went off somewhere."

But a--a cloud begin to rise. Now, I can see the great big Polly Parrot setting out there, looking over to the mother Polly Parrot and say, "Mother, that's what Noah said." I can see the little monkey drop the cone there and say, "Come on, Mammy, we're headed for the ark." The old camel eat and say, "Come on, let's go." Two by two they went into the ark led by the Holy Spirit. It goes to show that man hasn't got the gumption of a wild animal sometimes. That's right. Those wild animals heard the sound and took the warning of God by the Holy Spirit, and went to safety.

And today man hears the sound of the coming of the Son of God and rejects and refuses to hear it. Amen. You know that's the truth. But God preparing... Seems ridiculous.

I can hear someone say, "Well, if it does rain, I'll get on me a big poplar log and ride." But the big poplar log sunk. And so will every poplar log sink when Jesus Christ returns. Everything that's not in the Body of Christ will be left here. "As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the coming of the Son of man."

*JESUS SAID, "WILL I FIND FAITH WHEN I RETURN?

  E-37    Jesus never asked this, "Will I find righteousness? Will I find people that's living good?" Goodness and righteousness is what-what... Jesus said, "Will I find faith when I return? Will I find..."

Somebody, oh they say, "I got faith."

Well, faith without works is dead. "Will I find somebody who will stand at My Word and say, 'Every Word's right.' I'm not scared whether this one says so, or that says so, or nothing. I believe in God, and I'm accepting It, and standing right there on It." That's the thing. God is preparing a Church today to be saved just as He did in the days of Noah and that ark. And the Body of Christ today is that ark.

Why, you say, "We all believe that."

*…THERE WAS SUCH A PULL TILL EVEN THE ANIMAL CREATION KNEW THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG.

  E-30    But I tell you, there was such a pull till even the animal creation knew that something was wrong. I can see the old mother bird setting up there, and the father bird just a singing away. That first clap of lightning, the first time that signs and wonders begin to happen, I can see father bird say, "Mother dear, come on, let's get right straight to the ark, because that's exactly what Noah said was going to happen. That's the Spirit of God moving in us, let's go to the ark."

I can see the old mother camel out there eating on the side of the hill, and the father camel over here. When the first bolt of lightning went through the sky and the signs and wonders begin to appear, I can hear father camel say to mother camel, "Come on, that's it. Something's tugging on the inside of here, something's moving me; I've got to get into the ark." I tell you; God had ordained that they'd come into the ark.

*I BELIEVE THAT EVERY MAN OR WOMAN THAT'S ORDAINED OF GOD TO HEAR THE VOICE OF GOD, HEARS THAT TUG, THEY SHOVE TO THE ARK AS FAST AS THEY CAN GO, GET INTO SAFETY…

  E-31    And I believe that today when the signs and wonders are appearing everywhere of the coming of the Son of God, I believe that every man or woman that's ordained of God to hear the voice of God, hears that tug, they shove to the ark as fast as they can go, get into safety; for God's provided way for man to escape. That's right. You see signs appearing, wonders appearing, mysterious things a happening, sure, flying saucers through the air and everything else. Jesus said, "There'd be signs in the heaven above and in the earth below, pillars of fire and vapors of smoke; it shall come to pass before the great and terrible day of the Lord shall come."

He spoke all these things, the sea a roaring, tidal waves breaking, and everything, man's hearts failing. Greatest time of heart trouble we've ever had. Fear, perplex of times, distress between the nations... Oh, my. How the prophet said, "That horseless carriages here that race in the broad ways, and seem like torches and run like lightning." Everything that was spoke of, we're looking in the face of it today.

  E-32    What is it? It's God's warning to you people, "Prepare to meet God." Get ready.

"Why should I prepare to meet God, Brother Branham?" Brother, you prepare for a wedding; you prepare for anything else. When you see these things coming, you prepare to meet God. Every time you see a gray hair in your head, that means you better prepare to meet God. Every time you pass an undertaker's establishment, that means, prepare to get ready to meet God. Every time a baby's born, remember, prepare to meet God. Every time a funeral procession passes, prepare to meet God. Every time you hear the Gospel as a warning, prepare to meet God.

God has a way of escape; get into Jesus Christ now, where you're safe. Each one of those animals went right in, two by two, into the ark. God always makes a way for those who are really wanting to escape the wrath of God.

  E-33    That doesn't show they're sinners, not at all. Sometimes God does permit sickness to come. But if you know in your heart like Job did, that you were clean and clear before God... Job had some comforters to come too, and set with their backs turned to him for seven days, accusing him to be a secret sinner. [Blank.spot.on.tape--Ed.]

"Thou speakest like a foolish woman. The Lord gave, and the Lord taken away, blessed be the Name of the Lord." Brother, he had... He knowed one thing, that God was the alternative; God was all he had to hold onto. So "Blessed be the name of the Lord." Said, "I come into this world naked; I'll go out naked, but blessed be the Name of the Lord."

A man in that condition, a man that's willing to hold on to God's Word, God's under obligation to send him something. God's under obligation to take him to it.

 

25-0725A_LIVING BY FAITH - NO DRAWING BACK 

Heb 10:35  Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. 

Heb 10:36  For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. 

Heb 10:37  For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.

12    What if the apostles would have said, now, after nine days, "We believe that we got It (See?); let's just accept It by faith and go ahead with our work." See, it never would've worked out. They waited there until they knew that something happened. See? And that's what's the trouble of us is today; we don't stay long enough. Well, that's the reason afterwards we can just live any kind of a life, do anything, don't bother us, because we don't stay there long enough. Today we're in; tomorrow we're out, and this way and that way. If we stay long enough till you get in and close the door behind you, you're going to stay there then. You're sealed until the day of your redemption. I'm so glad of that.

THE.DARKEST.HOUR.THEN.JESUS.COMES.ALONG_  SAN.FERNANDO.CA  MONDAY_  55-1114

E-45    The darkest hour that little family had ever seen, then Jesus come by. Maybe you went to every doctor in the city. This may be your darkest hour. But Jesus has come by. Maybe it's the darkest hour you ever seen, or you ever seen, you, or you. Maybe the doctor's given you up. But Jesus comes along just in the darkest of hour.

It was the darkest hour the Hebrew children, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego had ever seen. They walked right into a fiery furnace. And right in the darkest of hour, then Jesus came along. That's just like Him, isn't it? In the darkest of hour...

 

 Joh 16:21  A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.

2Pe 3:1  This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:

2Pe 3:8  But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 

2Pe 3:9  The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 

*AND HE MADE THE PEOPLE READY FOR THE TIME. NOAH MADE THE PEOPLE READY, AND IT WAS A CALL OF MERCY BEFORE JUDGMENT.

  63      Now, God giving warning, "Prepare for a judgment." The atomic bombs are in the hangars, everything setting ready. And God, before He can let this thing happen, He makes a call down through, like He did in Sodom, "Come out of it. Get ready. There is something going to happen."

64    Like in the days of Noah, before God sent the waters to destroy the world in the great antediluvian world that had come off into sin, as Jesus clearly said that it was a day just like this. "As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at the coming of the Son of man." How that the women on the rampage, and--and marrying and giving in marriage, and--and the great scientific achievements, and the smart educated going into the intellectual side, and the little humble Flock sitting off to one side waiting the pending judgment and the escape. And before God sent that judgment, He sent a prophet.

65    Just like He did to Hezekiah, He said, "Get ready, for the judgments are ready to fall."

66    And he made the people ready for the time. Noah made the people ready, and it was a call of mercy before judgment.

*AND GOD, BEFORE HE WOULD SEND JUDGMENT, HE SENT A WARNING MESSAGE… GOD.DOESN'T.CALL.MAN.TO.JUDGMENT.WITHOUT.FIRST.WARNING.HIM_  JEFF.IN  V-8 N-3  WEDNESDAY_  63-0724

  67      Nineveh was made to know before their time. God looked down to Nineveh, and He said, "I'm--I'm just sick and tired of these things." I--I--I understand that--that the... though that great, heathen, Gentile world... Their city, as it was in them days, they judged them by city; now it's by nations, now after the population has spread the was it has. He said, "That great city is give over, altogether, to sin."

68    And God, before He would send judgment, He sent a warning message, "Come out of it! Get right!" Watch, the prophet never said nothing but--but to get... Said, "Within forty days this city will be destroyed."

*BUT THE REAL PROPHET'S GOT THE ORDER FROM GOD, SHOULD NEVER COMPROMISE NOTHING, HE SHOULD ABSOLUTELY LAY IT RIGHT ON THE LINE.

  69      And, oh, how sometime it's hard to do such things as that, to tell people. If the prophet don't watch, he'll get in trouble, because he'll kind of go off to one side, trying to make it easy, or compromise a little bit here and a little bit there. But the real prophet's got the order from God, should never compromise nothing, he should absolutely lay it right on the line.

70    That's the reason He used the spirit of Elijah so much, see, because that that spirit always carried out His orders. You see? See, it brought His orders just exactly what It was, and always a "Come back to the Word!" See? Always a bring 'em back to the Word.

*NOW, WE FIND NINEVEH IN SIN. GOD WAS TIRED OF IT. SO HE HAD A PROPHET IN THE LAND, SO HE SAID TO HIS PROPHET…

  71      Now, we find Nineveh in sin. And the prophet was hesitant because it was a Gentile world, see, it was a Gentile nation, a Gentile people; not his own, it wasn't Hebrews. They were Gentiles. A great ship, commercial seaport that Nineveh was, great fishing industrial there, the people fished. And--and they--they had... must have had a great sinful country there. Plenty of money; and--and where money is plentiful, and people are in the popular opinion of the day, sin always sets in, and violence.

72    God was tired of it. So He had a prophet in the land, so He said to His prophet, "Go down there to Nineveh and cry out, and say, 'Within forty days the city is going to be destroyed.'"

73    Now, Jonah thought now, "You know, I might get in a little trouble." So he wanted to be more sure, so he thought he'd take a little vacation and--and go down to Tarshish. And we found out that the... there was just forty days left. See?

74    So the Message is urgent, the time is at hand. Don't play around with other things and get a Bachelor of Art degree and find out something. The hour is at hand! That's what's the matter with people today, we're trying to build up big schools and have big things like that. When mercy... My! If we preach the Coming of the Lord, what do we need with schools? We need repentance towards God! See?

*IF THE CANDLE IS LIT, GO TELL IT! GO TELL IT. GOD.DOESN'T.CALL.MAN.TO.JUDGMENT.WITHOUT.FIRST.WARNING.HIM_  JEFF.IN  V-8 N-3  WEDNESDAY_  63-0724

  75      Like Hudson Taylor said to the young missionary, he said... Or, a young Chinese boy come to him, he said, "Mr. Taylor," said, "the Lord Jesus has filled me with His Spirit." Said, "I--I'm so happy!" Said, "Shall I take ten years now and get my degrees and so forth?"

76    He said, "Son, don't wait for degrees. If the candle is lit, go tell It! Go tell It. Don't wait for degrees. No, you'll be half burnt out before you get done, with your degrees."

77    Let's, when it's lit, if you don't knowing else, just tell how it got lit. And just--just don't try to take somebody else's place, or something place. When you know it, just tell what you know to be the Truth, "This is the way It come on me, and this is how I feeled about It." That's... If you don't know no more than that, say that! Let's go! The Message is urgent, the time is at hand.

*HE TOOK THE WRONG SHIP, BUT GOD HAD PROVIDED A SHIP FOR HIM.

And He told Jonah to go. Oh, my!

80    And when he got out there in that ocean and in that deep sea, and--and the ship got stalled in the storm, and they had hoist up the sail and then turn around and around, they wonder what the world was the matter out there. But they couldn't make out, looked like the thing getting waterlogged. And--and every man calling on his god, and first thing you know... Jonah was on his vacation, so he thought he might as well sleep, and he must have went down in the bulkhead of the ship, and laying up there with his feet propped up, asleep. And he said, "Awake, O sluggard, and call upon your God!" And Jonah knew what was wrong.

So does every man know what's wrong today! See?

*HE TOOK THE WRONG SHIP, BUT GOD HAD PROVIDED A SHIP FOR HIM.

  81      And he said, "It's all my fault. Take me and bind my hands, and throw me out in the sea, and then this trouble will let up." And they were kind of a gentlemen like bunch of fellows and they didn't want to do that, but they found out he was a prophet and knowed what he was talking about. He said, "I--I thought I'd take my vacation first, but--but the Lord don't want me take this vacation. I got to get down there, I got a job to do. I thought I'd rest up a little bit before I went, but I got to go. The--the message is urgent, I got to get there."

82    I'd imagine, when that certain prepared fish got Jonah down in his stomach, he done about-face and throwed water all over the country, and took out for Nineveh as hard as he could go. God was taking that message over there in that certain prepared fish. And he took out for Nineveh just as hard as he could go, because he--he had the messenger aboard and he had to get him over there. He took the wrong ship, but God had provided a ship for him.

83    So, you know, God's able to do great things if we'll just listen at Him. See? He--He'll make He'll make ways where there is no way. He is the Way. See? And when the Message is absolutely urgent, as It is today, God provides a way.

*AMOS

  84      We notice again when Amos... I preached on this fellow, Amos. If you'd like to read the story sometime, it's great, read the story of Amos, first chapter of Amos. He's another type of the--the warnings before judgment strikes sin. Now, the city that he was going to warn against, over there, was a bunch of Jews that--that they all got kind of off of the beaten line and had become a great tourist center. And--and I imagine, as I give the illustration that morning, speaking on him, that, when his bald head come up over the top of the hill and his little of eyes narrowed as he looked down and seen the sin of that great nation and people, his white beard as he fingered it like that. My, what a thing! But nobody knows where he come from.

85    Nobody knows those prophets, they just rise up from somewhere and go the same way.

*HE WANTS US "COME OUT FROM THE WORLD," NOT TRY TO LIVE WITH THE WORLD AND GOD TOO, NOT TRY TO FASHION AFTER THE WORLD AND AFTER GOD.

  86      But he went into the city with "THUS SAITH THE LORD! Repent, or perish! For God will destroy this nation. He'll--He'll wipe this place off of the earth. You've made an agreement with your enemy. And you're--you're at peace, you think, with your enemy, but all the time the Assyrians are--are building up out there. You can't walk two together unless you be agreed. That's all." So he said...

87    And God wants us to separate ourselves. He wants us "come out from the world," not try to live with the world and God too, not try to fashion after the world and after God. You have to live for One or the other, you have to believe One or the other.

  88      And now we find out that, this Amos, he certainly predicted a judgment upon this people except they repented. (And--and, my, so--so well does it fit our day.) I think this great city, as looking back through this again, the great city down there, how that it was all give over, and--and a great economy they had of everything, prosperous. And they thought they were just exactly in the will of the Lord, because they were prospering. But they found out that God is not always the author of prosperity. No, God... Sometimes when prosperity strikes the churches, it gets away from Him.

  89      You know, God spoke of Israel one time, said, "I found you bloody in the field, and I washed you up and brought you in," to be His Own child. "And then when you got big, and a beautiful young woman, you played the part of a whore." He said, "You--you--you just give yourself to every passerby." See? "But when you were poor and needy, when--when you had need, you served Me. But when I blessed you and give you plenty, then you went away from Me." And it's just about proved that way. Oh, my!

90    Now, we find out that this prophet really struck down on that nation, this Amos. He was just a plowboy. But we find out that when he did, struck down and told them what it would be, and told them if they didn't get right with God that the enemy that they had taken in partnership would be the very one that destroyed them.

*THE SAME GOD AND THE SAME PROPHETS THAT PREDICTED THE WORD OF GOD, OR THE WRATH TO BE POURED OUT, POUR, ALSO TOLD OF THESE COMING BLESSINGS.

  184      The same God and the same prophets that predicted the Word of God, or the wrath to be poured out, pour, also told of these coming blessings. I'm so glad! God never does give a--a nation a--a destruction without warning it. He never gives a man a destruction without warning it. And now if He does that, we have got something that's happened to us, the vindication of the signs of the last days with us, the great Holy Spirit moving among us and charging the church with His Presence, vindicating His Word. Then the Church is getting ready for a climb into the skies one of these days, by the power of God. Because it's a warning to lay aside every weight and the sin that so easily beset us, that we might fly with patience this race that's set before us, to the Author and Finisher of our Faith.

  185      God bless you, church! Hold to God's unchanging hand! Yes, sir. If you feel His Presence, go to Him. If there's anything wrong in your heart, make it right. We ain't got much time left, the Coming of the Lord is at hand. Do you believe Him? Oh, my! Won't that be wonderful there? What a time, when I see the old veterans back yonder walking down through that Paradise! Oh, my! I'm looking for that hour.

E-93    A few days ago we... Now, I'm not Democrat nor Republican; I'm a Christian; so I don't mention these things. But I picked up an old book there that the--the Lord had gave me a vision in 1933 when I just first become a minister, going down to the Baptist Tabernacle. And He gave me a vision that morning, and I seen the first one I remember of an international affair. And I seen that President Roosevelt that was in then, and seen that we'd go to a world war. Then I seen also that--that was eleven years before the Maginot line was built, I seen Germany fortify themselves in this big concrete place. I also seen they permitted women to vote, which was wrong. And said they would--they would someday elect the wrong man; they just did it. And then...

So then I seen the time of--of the end coming, and five things that the Lord let... Seven things I saw, five of them has already come to pass. I seen a powerful woman stand up to the United States. You can write this down if you do so--it's going to happen. I don't know... She's on her road now. Exactly. And she took over. And then I seen the United States just like something had burnt it over hit it, and just something, blowed up rocks and things.

  E-94    And then I seen the time there'd be an increase in science. I noticed there'd be an automobile... I had it wrote down there. I got it right with me now, old yellow paper, that there'd be a machine, automobile perfected, looked like an egg, would be glass over it. And there was a man and woman, the family, setting there with their backs turned to one another, playing cards, and the machine traveling itself. Something on the bumpers that would--it couldn't hit the others, going down. And I seen that on television a few nights ago. They got that thing perfected right now.

See, all those things that the Lord spoke is true. And we just got two more things left of that to be fulfilled, and that's the end time. And if there ever was a time that we ought to be trying to get people to God, it's now.

E-76    …..Then, no, I was on what He told me, would happen. Then He said, "Science will be increased, until it comes to a place until they'll perfect an automobile, that it looks like an egg, before the end time." There I seen it. And I said, "They'll control it with some kind of a steering outfit that they don't have to touch it theirself." I seen an American family, going down a great big broadway playing cards with a glass-top car, looked like an egg. They've got it right now. You seen it on television here not long ago. They've got it.

  E-77    And I said, "Then I seen some great powerful woman rise in the United States." 'Cause this is a woman's nation: woman's picture on the money; everything is woman here. That's right. She's a goddess. Not you Christian women. I'm talking about... Let a little flapper come down the street here with all these shorts, and things. She can do more harm to the church of the living God, among men, than all the bootleg joints there is through the nation. That's right.

This is a... America is a woman's nation. Got her pictures, Her number's thirteen, thirteen colonies, thirteen stripes, thirteen stars, thirteen so... Everything is thirteen, thirteen, thirteen and a woman. See?

And I seen a great woman rise up, beautiful to look at, but a cruel wicked heart. And that will be a church. And she's on her road now.

  E-78    Then I seen the end time when the United States looked like a big bunch of bursted up stones and things like that, just blowed out, smoldering everywhere. Five of them has happened, two of them's one their road. That has been twenty-one years ago (See?), when it was predicted. If five of them is perfectly hit, the other two's got too. I see them coming on the road now.

Oh, repent and flee from the wrath that is to come, church of the living God. Get back to the real Gospel, friend. You Methodists, you Baptists, you Pentecostals, the rest of you turn to God with all your heart, for your hours are short.
