24-1129A_THE MESSAGE OF GRACE PT-16 (INSIDE LIFE WITH CHRIST)
Heb 10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
Heb 10:20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
Heb 10:21 And having an high priest over the house of God;
Heb 10:22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
Heb 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
Heb 10:24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
Heb 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
1Jn 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
Col 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
Col 3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
Col 3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
Col 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
1Pe 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
1Pe 2:10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.
1Pe 2:11 Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
E-18Now, in the Old Testament there
was what they called the outer courts. We watch
what was in the outer court. Then there was a holy place,
or the first veil, and then inside the holiest of
holies. And what furniture was in the outer court, what was in the... at
the veil, the holy place, and what was in the holiest of holies...
Now, we're going to speak tonight on the holiest of
holies, the dwelling place where God Himself dwelt.
Them days, He dwelt in His tabernacle. And today He dwells in you as His tabernacle. But we
must make this place a dwelling, not an outer court place, or the first holy
place. But we must live with God in the holiest of
holies, a consecrated, hidden life, alone, quiet with God. *NOW, THAT CONSTITUTES THE--THE MAN WHO IS SEPARATED FROM GOD AND HID AWAY
IN CHRIST.
E-20And that's the same thing it
takes to make up the new birth: water, blood and spirit: Justification by faith, believing on the Lord Jesus
Christ, cleansing up, the sanctification through the
Blood, and then the baptism of the Holy Spirit,
to put you in the holiest of holies. Now, that
constitutes the--the man who is separated from God and hid away in Christ.
I say this with reverence, there's too many of us playing
in the courts yet. See? We don't take our lives over with Christ to be hid
away. The fruits of the Spirit proves it. You
see? That... We might think that we are, but until your
life measures up with that... That's what proves it. Jesus said, "By their fruits you
shall know them."Not by their
denominations, but by their fruit you shall know them. *THE CHURCH OUGHT TO BE A MILLION MILES UP THE ROAD TO WHAT IT IS NOW.
E-18…..We become too
excited, upset, about too many things. It shows there's
something lacking. The church ought to be a million miles up the road to what
it is now. We're still back down in the adolescent age, fussing, and
fighting, and quarreling, and stewing, when we ought to
be consecrated, hid away in the holiest of holies with God. It's better
that we come easy, take our time, see where we're going. *AND GET THE RIGHT SPIRIT THAT GIVETH THE
RIGHT KIND OF LIFE.
E-22See what I mean. It's your life. We may be ever so orthodox. And that's where I think a lot of our
trouble is here in California. We're just too orthodox. I think that's
right. Ever so orthodox, but the letter is all right, but it killeth; but the Spirit giveth life. And get the right Spirit that
giveth the right kind of life. See? You must
have the right life. *…THEN THREE ROOMS, WHAT REPRESENTS. JUST
LIKE THE STEPS YOU COME TO, THE PLACE OF FULL CONSECRATION WITH CHRIST.
E-22…..Notice, that's right. Well, God
lived in a three-room house back in His tabernacle. The congregation, the
courts of the congregation; the holy place; and the holiest of holies. And
now, then three rooms, what represents. Just like the steps you come to, the
place of full consecration with Christ. The kitchen
is where you eat. The sinner comes to the meeting; he
feasts on the Word. Faith cometh by hearing, hearing of the Word. He comes to
hear the Word.
E-24Now, we eat in the kitchen. That's the
sinner comes to hear the Word. Faith cometh by hearing. After he hears the
Word, then he becomes into the fellowship of the church. After he hears the Word and receives it, then you baptize
him, Christian baptism, and that brings him into fellowship.
Then he gets out there into the
congregation. And that's where you come into your parlor, where you come from
the kitchen to the parlor to have fellowship with your neighbors, and
so forth, fellowship in the parlor.
But then your bedroom is your place of
rest. And after the
toil of a weary day, always alone in the room, resting. At my house, the prayer room is the bedroom.
And when a man ever takes his life out of these
other places into that consecrated place with Christ... *AND WHEN HE WENT INTO THIS GREAT PLACE
WHERE THE VEIL DROPPED BEHIND HIM, THE INNER COURTS, THE HOLIEST OF HOLIES…
E-25Notice, every year the high
priest entered into that place. The congregation followed him up. And when he went into this great place where the veil dropped
behind him, the inner courts, the holiest of holies, no one dared to go after
him. Then he was alone with God.
What a beautiful picture it is today of a consecrated life who, once enters into with Christ, dead to
the things of the world, hid away with God, and the veil's dropped down around,
and all the world's shut off. Then Christianity and religion becomes a
pleasure to every believer.
Today people just have enough religion to make them
miserable, knowing that they ought to do this, their trying to escape hell.
Well, if that's the way I felt about it, brother, I don't know what I would do. Oh, get in with Christ. Shut off
from the things of the world, for, to commune with Him is a pleasure. It's
beautiful. It's something that fills and satisfies the
soul, something that gives you peace that passes all understanding. All
the crosses become flying wings. All the burdens are chariot wheels. Oh, you can fly away.
*WHEN YOU'RE ONCE INSIDE THE VEIL WITH
HIM, HE BECOMES YOUR LIFE.
E-26"My burdens are
light." Yoke up with Him, the yoke is all padded with Hallelujahs. When you're once inside the veil with Him, He becomes your
life.
The prophet said that in... The people of the old days
said I... That He would write His laws anew. He would
put them in their heart.
Now, Mount Sinai was a place of duty. But Mount Calvary was a place of grace. People are still
trying to live on Mount Sinai. "If I'll go to church, if I'll pay my dues,
if I'll do this or do that, if I'll quit this and stop that." That's still
on Mount Sinai.
When you come to a place where you are dead, and
your life is hid in God through Christ, sealed by the Holy Ghost, the whole
Christian life becomes a great glorious shout and a hallelujah to you. And
you're hid away daily.
Now, we notice that once in there, he was isolated from
the world. The curtains dropped around him and he was hid away with God.
Everything become real, a glory. In this place where we
once get hid away with Christ, everything becomes a new thing to us then. *EVERYTHING WE NEED IS PROMISED TO US,
AND WE'LL GET IT IF WE'LL JUST KEEP JOURNEYING ON, KEEPING OUR EYES ON GOD.
E-28He always will provide. He's
Jehovah-jireh, the Lord's provided sacrifice. He's Jehovah-rapha, the Lord's
Healer. And He always will provide. And in this say, God's just as
obligated to us as He was to them. And as He led them in the natural,
He's leading the church today in the spiritual to the promised land. Everything we need is promised to us, and we'll get it if
we'll just keep journeying on, keeping our eyes on God. *BUT IF YOU'LL EVER CONSECRATE YOURSELF
TO COME INTO WHERE THE MANNA STAYS FRESH, DAY IN AND DAY OUT, YEAR IN AND YEAR
OUT, IN THE HOLIEST OF HOLIES...
E-34…..Oh, brother, why don't you stop that nonsense and come into the holiest of
holies by the Blood of the Lord Jesus. Every bit of manna outside of
here just lets you last for tonight or tomorrow; next week it won't work. It
dries up overnight. But if you'll ever consecrate
yourself to come into where the manna stays fresh, day in and day out, year in
and year out, in the holiest of holies...
You can meet that man that's ever walked in there... I don't care if he hasn't been in revival for six months;
he's just as sweet as he was the day he was in the revival. That's
right. You can meet him on a shouty day or a cloudy
day, or whatever you want to; he's just the same, because he's living in the
glory of God. He's living where the manna's fresh all the time, where it isn't
a burden to get out and pray through today and pray through tomorrow.
Brother, stay with Him all the time in the holiest
of holies. "Can
a person live that way?" Absolutely. That's what
Jesus died for. Amen.
1Th 5:16 Rejoice evermore.
1Th 5:17 Pray without ceasing.
1Th 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
1Th 5:19 Quench not the Spirit.
1Th 5:20 Despise not prophesyings.
1Th 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
1Th 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
1Th 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
1Th 5:24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
Jer 29:10 For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.
Jer 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Jer 29:12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
Jer 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
Luk 16:15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.
Luk 16:16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.
Mat 5:6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Amo 8:11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:
Amo 8:12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.
Jas 1:12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
Jas 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
Jas 1:14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
Joh 4:7 There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink.
Joh 4:8 (For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.)
Joh 4:9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.
Joh 4:10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
Joh 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
Joh 7:37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
Joh 7:38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
Psa 94:11 The LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.
Psa 94:12 Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law;
Psa 94:13 That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be digged for the wicked.
Psa 94:14 For the LORD will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.
Psa 94:15 But judgment shall return unto righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall follow it.
Psa 94:16 Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?
Psa 94:17 Unless the LORD had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.
Psa 94:18 When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O LORD, held me up.
Psa 94:19 In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.
Psa 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
Psa 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
Psa 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Psa 65:4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.
*YOU'VE GOT TO DO SOMETHING FOR GOD TO HONOR.
DESPERATIONS_
JEFF.IN V-4 N-1 SUNDAY_

7 You've got to do
something for God to honor. You see? You show Him. The people that's got everything handed to them
so easy, they don't usually... They--they don't do nothing for it, you see. You
got to... The gift is free, that is true, but you've--you've got to...
8 It seems like that, you know, like they say, "If you was born with
a silver spoon," you've heard that, "you don't appreciate." But when you have to work for it, you appreciate the
valuation of it.
*…DON'T YOU NEVER TRY TO GET TO HEAVEN
OUTSIDE OF THAT DEEP LONGING AND LOVE OF GOD IN YOUR HEART.
THIRSTING.FOR.LIFE_
CHICAGO.IL SUNDAY_ 57-0630
E-51 ….. There's only one thing that longing was put in you for,
that's right here. Here's where you long to be. The devil's trying to get you not to see it. But
I'm praying in my heart as I'm standing here, "God, open the eyes of their
understanding." I love you.
But listen, a real daddy will be honest with his
children. If he has to whip them sometime, he's--he's a real daddy. Yes, sir, a
real dad will correct his children. And, friends, I want to tell you; don't you never try to get to heaven outside of that deep longing and love
of God in your heart. If you haven't come acquainted with that great
fountain that I spoke of at the beginning, where God gushes forth... Now, he
perverts that. You see. As it comes forth, Satan perverts it, say, "Oh,
well, this, and this, and this." Be careful; it's got to be genuine.
THE.EAGLE.IN.HER.NEST_
CHICAGO.IL FRIDAY_ 57-0705
E-35 If there's something in here calling for a deep, there's
got to be a deep to respond to it. Before there's a fin on a fish's back, there had to be a
water for him to swim in, or he'd have had no fin. Before there was a tree to
grow in the earth, there had to be an earth first or there would been no tree.
THE.EAGLE.IN.HER.NEST_
CHICAGO.IL FRIDAY_ 57-0705
E-36 And
otherwise, before there is a creation there has to be a Creator to create the
creation. There's
not a man and woman in here, that's ever had a taste of God, but what right now
you're longing for more of God. You're reaching out for more of
God. If
there is a desire in here for more of God, there's got to be more of God to
receive somewhere. We just ought to jump off the post.
That's it.
And as I heard that going on, I seen that rainbow color;
I thought of Joseph's coat, the many colors. I thought of the rainbow in
Revelations 1, the covenant God made in Genesis with the people of the earth
and confirmed it through Christ. And as I was going around that tree like a mad
man, just screaming to the top of my voice... I didn't care. There was something down in me that I couldn't hold my peace.
I could see God in the rainbow; I could see God in the sunset. I hear God
calling through the wolf; I could hear God calling everywhere. If you get God on the inside, you'll see God anywhere you
look. That's right. He's got to come in here first. He's got to change
you from a chicken to an eagle. He's got to give you a
desire in here to do something. That's right.
*GOD MADE THEM THAT WAY, SO HE COULD COME
IN THERE AND SATISFY EVERY LONGING THAT YOU HAVE.
WHY_ PHOENIX.AZ SATURDAY_
61-0128
E-29 And that's what's the matter today. What makes people drink, and lie,
and steal, and commit adultery, and do and act the way they do? It's not
because we haven't got something to satisfy that. It's because that they take a
substitute for the real thing. They try to hush that...
quench that holy thing inside of their heart.
When God made a man, he gave him... He let... The devil
took his head. God chose his heart. The devil through his imagination makes him
imagine anything--gives him intellectual conceptions of the Scripture. But God gets in his heart and leads him by the Spirit; makes
him believe things that his intellectual don't know nothing about. Amen!
That makes me feel a little religious when I think of that, see.
When God gets a hold of a man, he comes into his
heart. That's God's control tower. And the reason people drink, smoke, gamble, lie, steal,
and carry on the way they do, they're trying to satisfy that longing in their
heart. God made them that way, so He could come in
there and satisfy every longing that you have. But, how dare anybody to
try to hush that precious thing with the things of the world?
*BUT NOTICE, WHEN A MAN IS HUNGERING AND
THIRSTING FOR GOD, GOD WILL DRAW NIGH TO THE MAN ALWAYS. SEE? GIVE UP,
SURRENDER YOUR WILL TO GOD.
SHOW.US.THE.FATHER_
TUCSON.AZ THURSDAY_ 63-0606
E-24 Everybody wanted to find God down through the age. Job of old, he said,
"Oh, if I only knew where He was." In his trouble setting there on
the ash heap scraping his boils... God dealing with a saint in this case...
There he was setting there scraping his boils. Some of his church friends come
to him, set with their backs turned to him, not much consolation. But Job
wanted to know, "Oh, if I only knew where His house was. (In other words.)
If I'd go knock on His door, He'd come out and talk to me." That's what he
wanted to do.
But notice, when a man is hungering and thirsting
for God, God will draw nigh to the man always. See? Give up, surrender your
will to God.
*AND WHEN THERE'S A HUNGER AND THIRST IN
A HUMAN'S HEART, FOR SOMETHING, THERE'S GOT TO BE SOMETHING TO RESPOND TO THAT,
OR THE THIRST WOULDN'T BE THERE.
SHOW.US.THE.FATHER_ TUCSON.AZ
THURSDAY_ 63-0606
40 And surely, if there is a human desire in a human's heart, who is a
creature of God, calling out for God, there has got to be a God somewhere to
respond to that call. But when the deep calls to the Deep, there's got
to be a respond to that call. Before a deep can be in here, calling, there has
to be a Deep out there, to respond to that call, or there'd be no call in here.
41 As I've often said, before there was a fin on a fish's back, there had
to be a water, first, for him to use that fin, or he wouldn't have had any fin.
Before there was a tree to grow in the earth, there had to be an earth, first,
or there wouldn't have been any tree. And as long as there is a creation, there
is a Creator to create that creation. See what I mean?
SHOW.US.THE.FATHER_
TUCSON.AZ THURSDAY_ 63-0606
42 And when there's a
hunger and thirst in a human's heart, for something, there's got to be
something to respond to that, or the thirst wouldn't be there. So, tonight, we are here,
saying, "Show us the Father, and it sufficeth us." And now, if there
is a God, which we know there is, and the call in our heart to see Him, then
why can't we see Him? If there's a call here that tells us we want to see Him,
there's got to be some reason that we... some way to see Him.
*THOSE WHO ARE LONGING TO KNOW THE TRUTH, GOD IS OBLIGATED TO REVEAL THE
TRUTH.
91 That's who He comes to, to those who are looking for Him.
And we find out, today, He is not coming to those who is not looking for Him. There is no such a thing as
Divine healing to--to those who don't believe in it. There is no such a thing
as the baptism of the Holy Ghost to them who don't believe in It. It's just for those who believe it. That's right.
That's all. So then we find out, those who are longing
to know the Truth, God is obligated to reveal the Truth. He says His
Word, then comes and fulfills It, gives His Own interpretation.
*I THINK THAT THE LOVE OF GOD CAUSES
DESPERATION.

66 Desperation! When the wife was about to die with cancer, he knowed that
God could heal her. And if God could heal the wife, God can heal the boy. And
it throws it into a state of desperation. See? You must
come; and when you're desperate, then God is going to listen to you. But
if you're just slothful, you don't care whether He does or not, well, then
that's different. You say you do, but it takes desperation to do it.

67 I believe that the
reason we don't have desperation is because it's a lack of love, God, the love
of God. I think that the love of God causes desperation. If God is in you, the Token
inside of you, and you see the conditions of times, and people wading in sin
the way they are, it'll throw you into desperation. I believe it will.
Psa 84:1 To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. How amiable are thy tabernacles, O LORD of hosts!
Psa 84:2 My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.
Psa 84:3 Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O LORD of hosts, my King, and my God.

Psa 84:9 Behold, O God our shield, and look upon the face of thine anointed.
Psa 84:10 For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.
Psa 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
Psa 84:12 O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee.

Jer 17:21 Thus saith the LORD; Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem;
Jer 17:22 Neither carry forth a burden out of your houses on the sabbath day, neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers.
23-6 We've been trained, I think, "What's
the matter with us preachers?" I wonder what kind of a training we've had.
God's training for this great battle.
Matthew 24 said there--and also
Daniel 12 said there'd be a time of trouble such as never like on the earth
before. And we're living in that time when culture, and education, and things
has smothered over the Word of God and got into reasonings and so forth. The
battle is now. Who will stand? Hallelujah. The battle's ready to go in; she's
in array now.

And Jesus answering them, saying,
The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified.
See, you're at the end of an age
there. His ministry is ending. See? "
... The hour is come, that the
Son of man should be glorified.
What about the hour has come that
when His Bride must be taken away? What, that the hour has come that time shall
be no more? The Angel is ready to set one foot on land and the other on the sea
with a rainbow over Him, with feet, and say, "Time's run out." And
besides that, He raised up His hand and swore that time would be no more when
this happened. How--how perfect it is, a sworn affidavit to the Church.
... The hour has come that the Son
of man should be glorified.
Positionally in Christ. If the
believer knowed his position, he'd have it. God's great Spirit is here, and His
Holy Ghost is ready to fall on anybody that will believe it. Do you believe it?
Amen. God has promised it. God will do it. You're in Christ.
Col 1:14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
Col 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Col 1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
Col 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
Col 1:19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
Col 1:20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.
Col 1:21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
Col 1:22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:
Col 1:23 If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;
Col 1:24 Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:
Col 1:25 Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;
Col 1:26 Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:
Col 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
You don't see the animal
embettering himself. He can't embetter himself. If he gets any better
treatment, it's got to come from some other source. He doesn't build hisself a
better house. He doesn't make hisself fry his meat, where he used to eat it
raw. See? It has to be done because he... There's nothing in him to give him a
soul. A animal doesn't have a soul.
But a man has a soul. And
therefore, that soul is a part of God. And even in its fallen state, yet it's
the most greatest specie of all the species of the earth, is the man. And then
get him in connection with his Maker, he becomes a superman almost, because
he's a son of God. He becomes acquainted with his Maker, with the Creator of
all things. And then when that man there, acquainted with his Maker, becomes a
part of his Maker, becomes back into fellowship with his Maker, every Divine
Word becomes a living reality to him, and he believes it.
No wonder people can't believe
Divine healing today. They haven't got nothing to believe with. Until God comes
into the human heart, a man is not much better than a brute. His reason, he
will think it all out, "How can this be?" And explain it all away.
But when God ever takes His position in the human heart all the reasonings fade
away, and God becomes first. Amen.
And the Word was made flesh and
dwelt among us." Then you were in the loins of Jesus, and went to Calvary with
Him. You died with Him, and you raised with Him. And today we're sitting in
Heavenly places in Him, filled with His Spirit, sons and daughters of God. Die
with Him, raised with Him. Sure.
Sons and daughters was in God at
the beginning. Now look. You've got Eternal Life, you say. We believe it, that
we got Eternal Life. Well, there is only one form of Eternal Life, and that's
God. That's the only thing that is Eternal, is God. Then if you've got Eternal
Life, that Life that's in you always was, and you were in the loins of God
before there even was a world. And when the Word Itself... Jesus Himself is
called the Word, and in St. John 1, said, "In the beginning was the Word,
and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word was made flesh
and dwelt among us." Then you were in the loins of Jesus, and went to
Calvary with Him. You died with Him, and you raised with Him. And today we're
sitting in Heavenly places in Him, filled with His Spirit, sons and daughters
of God. Die with Him, raised with Him. Sure.
235 Now then, now, now you
can fellowship with Him. You couldn't back there, because you were just a Word
in Him, a seed. But now He has manifested you, and now He wants you to fellowship
with Him. Then He came down, was made flesh so He could perfectly fellowship
with you. See the perfect fellowship? Oh, my, them deep mysteries of God! How
wonderful! See, God could not fellowship in the Spirit, so God became man with
us.
24-1115A_THE MESSAGE OF GRACE PT-15 (HE THAT IS IN YOU)
Mar 11:12 And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry:
Mar 11:13 And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.
Mar 11:14 And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.
Mar 11:15 And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;
Mar 11:16 And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.
Mar 11:17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.
Mar 11:18 And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.
Mar 11:19 And when even was come, he went out of the city.
Mar 11:20 And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.
1Jn 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
*AFTER YOU'VE ACCEPT CHRIST IN THE LITTLE BABY FORM, THEN WE ARE PLANTED
TOGETHER IN CHRIST.
E-34Now, that little tree's just
like you. After you've accept Christ in the little baby form, then
we are planted together in Christ. Now, the only thing this
little tree does, you just have to pour the water to it, and it starts
drinking. And when it drinks its allotted
portion, it's got to drink more than that. It has to drink so much until it
starts pushing out limbs. Then it just keeps on drinking until it pushes out
leaves. Then it just keeps on drinking till it pushes out blossoms. Then it
just keeps on drinking until it pushes out oranges. It's all the time
drinking, drinking, drinking.
*EVERYTHING THAT YOU HAVE NEED OF IN THIS
EARTH'S JOURNEY IS IN YOU WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST.
And when we become borned again
servants of God, the Seed of God planted in our heart, we just keep
drinking, drinking, and pushing out. Everything that you have need of in this
earth's journey is in you when you receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost. All
the healing
you ever need, all the rejoicing you'll ever need, all the power
you ever need, everything that you got need of is in you when you've got
Christ in you. But the only thing you have to do is
keep drinking, drinking.
The people don't get thirsty
enough. The Bible said, "Blessed are you when you do hunger and thirst
after righteousness." When you're thirsty, you can drink. And the more you
drink, the more you can spread out. The more grace you get, the more power you have,
the more faith you have as you keep drinking from Christ Who is the
inexhaustible fountain of life, drinking, the Seed form.
*IT'S GOD WITH YOU: OVER YOU FIRST, WITH
YOU IN CHRIST,…BUT GOD WANTS TO BRING THE HOLY GHOST IN YOU TO CONTINUE THE
SAME WORK THAT HE WAS DOING IN CHRIST.
If He went to the Father, the
Holy Spirit would come. Is that right? Another Scripture said, "If I go not away, the Comforter will not come; but
if I go away, I'll come again and be with you, even in you."See?
It's God
with you: over you first, with you in Christ, in you in the Holy Ghost: God in
you.
67Now, "The works that I
do shall you do also,"not another work, but God wants to bring
the Holy Ghost in you to continue the same work that He was doing in Christ. The
work wasn't so needy in the days of Luther; that was God's church. It
wasn't but a little bit more needier in the days of Wesley, because the world,
the Bible said, would get weaker, and wiser, and more wicked all the time.
We're... The world's getting more wicked all... We know that. Why, men do
things today that--a hundred years ago you wouldn't have thought there'd been a
human being that cruel. "More wicked all the time, and the wicked shall do
wickeder all the time," said the Scripture, "more and more."
68So the Holy Spirit has been
moving. There was just a little breath of It with Luther, a little blow of It
with Wesley, and a deeper blow of It with the--Pentecost. Now, the Breath and the
Spirit has become the same. She's uniting together, bringing forth that same
powerful blow of the Holy Ghost like He did back there, is manifesting the same
works that He did back there, is being manifested right today, the same thing.
*THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT WAS IN CHRIST IN
YOU PRODUCES THE CHRIST-LIKE LIFE. NOTHING YOU DO; WHAT HE DID.
64Now, if you just quit doing it because you know you ought to do it, and
quit doing this, that's the sign that you haven't got nowhere yet. When that
thing becomes dead in you, and the nature of it's gone away, there's another
Person in there and It can only produce... The Holy
Spirit that was in Christ in you produces the Christ-like Life. Nothing you do;
what He did. He chose that before the foundation of the world.
*YOU HAVE TO FORGET YOURSELF, DIE OUT TO
YOURSELF, AND LET CHRIST COME IN AND LIVE THE LIFE OF CHRIST IN YOU.
QUESTIONS.AND.ANSWERS_JEFF.INSATURDAY_54-0515
…There's only one way to be a Christian. The word
"Christian" means "Christ-like." And you can't do it; you
can't work it in yourself; there's no way at all you can do it. You have to forget yourself, die out to yourself, and let
Christ come in and live the Life of Christ in you.
*…WHICH WAS CHRIST THE WORD, SPOKEN WORD
OF GOD, PART OF GOD, AND WAS MADE FLESH AND DWELLED AMONG US.
THE.CURTAIN.OF.TIME_PHOENIX.AZWEDNESDAY_55-0302
E-18God, which was a part of God.
God seen what the end would be, from the beginning, and the Logos come to the
earth, which was Christ the Word, spoken Word of God,
part of God, and was made flesh and dwelled among us. And then, we come out of Christ, which makes the same life that was in
God, in Christ, in you. And just as sure as God raised this up, we've
got to come with the same thing, if the same Spirit's in us. Because it's the Spirit of God making us sons and daughters
of God.
Oh isn't it marvelous? How do we get it? By believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, that's what. And
accepting it, and then God in return, give us the Holy Spirit, crying in our
hearts, "Abba Father, my God, my God." And then we are
resurrected in the last days to be caught up. And He said, "That day you shall know that I am in
Father, the Father in Me, I in you, and you in Me."
*AND THE HOLY SPIRIT COMING BACK,
BRINGING IN THE SAME SPIRIT IN THE INDIVIDUALS NOW, TO BRING THEM BACK INTO
RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR CREATOR.
THE.CURTAIN.OF.TIME_PHOENIX.AZWEDNESDAY_55-0302
E-19There's the Spirit coming out of
God, manifested as the Logos, come down and made flesh, dwelt among us,
re--res--died, taken on penalty of sin, raised up again, setting at the majesty
on high, at the right hand of God. And the Holy Spirit
coming back, bringing in the same Spirit in the individuals now, to bring them
back into relationship with their Creator. Isn't that marvelous?
*THEN IF HIS SPIRIT IS WITH US, HE WILL
ACT JUST EXACTLY LIKE HE ACT WHEN HE WAS HERE ON EARTH…..BECAUSE IT'S NOT YOUR
SPIRIT ANY MORE; IT'S HIS SPIRIT IN YOU, CHRIST'S SPIRIT IN YOU.
E-21But now, while He's here working with His Church in the
form of the Spirit... Then if His Spirit is with us, He will act just exactly
like He act when He was here on earth. It'll make you act the same way, because
it's not your spirit any more; it's His Spirit in you, Christ's Spirit in you.
"The
things that I do... He that believeth on Me (Saint John 14:12.),the works
that I do, shall ye do also."See? We'll do the same works, think the
same thoughts, live the same type of life. If the Spirit of God is in you, it makes you live
like Christ, Christ-like. Then you become a written epistle, read
of all men, Christ in you, reflecting His Light out of you, as God was in
Christ reconciling the world to Himself, and reflecting God from His own body.
No man has seen God at any time, but the only begotten of the Father has
declared Him. God was in Christ. And what Christ's attitude was, was God's
attitude, 'cause the two work together, the Spirit and flesh united together.
*SO YIELDED YOU ARE, THAT CHRIST SPEAKS THE
KIND OF WORDS HE'D SPEAK. HE THINKS THE KIND OF THOUGHTS HE WOULD THINK,
THROUGH YOU.
17-8Yet men and women live a good life, and love God by a
mental conception. But the real hiding place is in the heart: hid with
Christ. And when Christ the Holy Spirit comes into your heart, He is in you
with your temperament, and He's living His own Life through His own will
through you. Hallelujah.
I know it sounds awful, but it's
right. Christ... So yielded you are, that Christ speaks the kind of words
He'd speak. He thinks the kind of thoughts He would think, through you. He
does the kind of works He would do--through you. You are yielded and
resting.
What a beautiful picture of a
consecrated Christian: yielded. Christ working through.
*AND YOU'RE FILLED WITH HIS SPIRIT AND
READY TO MEET HIM.
98He was God of the Old Testament. He was God of the New Testament. He's
the same God today: yesterday, today, and forever.
And you know then, down in your heart, that a
supernatural work has been done by a supernatural Being. When
you once drank, and smoked, and lied; and you women loved the world so much,
you kept wearing your makeup, and your long--or short hair, and doing other
things you did; and you find out that something happens, and all the devils in
hell couldn't make you do it again. Something happened, a God... A miracle was
performed. What did He do? Changed your vile heart, changed your desires, changed
your nature. A supernatural Word, by a supernatural God, made a creature of
time to a creature of eternity. Amen. Took the world out of you, and put Christ in you, the
hope of glory. And you're filled with His Spirit and ready to meet Him.
Php 2:1 If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies,
Php 2:2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
Php 2:3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
Php 2:4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
Php 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Php 2:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
Php 2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
Php 2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
Php 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
Php 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
Php 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Php 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
Php 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
Php 2:14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
Php 2:15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
Php 2:16 Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.
Php 2:17 Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all.
Php 2:18 For the same cause also do ye joy, and rejoice with me.
Php 2:19 But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timotheus shortly unto you, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know your state.
Php 2:20 For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state.
Php 2:21 For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's.
Php 2:22 But ye know the proof of him, that, as a son with the father, he hath served with me in the gospel.
Php 2:23 Him therefore I hope to send presently, so soon as I shall see how it will go with me.
Php 2:24 But I trust in the Lord that I also myself shall come shortly.
Php 3:6 Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.
Php 3:7 But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.
Php 3:8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
Php 3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:
Php 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
Php 3:11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.
Php 3:12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
Php 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
Php 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Php 3:15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.
Php 3:16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.
Php 3:17 Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample.
Php 3:18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:
Php 3:19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
Php 3:20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:
Php 3:21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
